The Improvement Of The Quality Management System During The Product Manufacturing Process Of The Rice Cooker In The M Company

Homogeneous Competition is very fierce in the traditional home appliances manufacturers.Customers demand more and more diversified and personalized.However,quality,cost,delivery and reputation are still key points of this competition.In the M company,the optimization of the quality management system becomes the present research emphasis during the product manufacturing of the rice cooker.Because it can improve the quality ahd reputation.In this thesis rice cooker is the research and practice object.The author tries to discuss the optimization of QMS about manufacturing process.This optimization draws in the experience of MBS and is based on PDCA circle-Plan,Do,Check,Act.Finally,the article does a comparative analysis on the new method and traditional one.The main research is as follows in the thesis.The article introduces domestic and foreign research status of quality management system and lean thinking briefly,summarizes the status of manufacturing MBS and quality management on the rice cooker in the M company.Study on the focus on the present situation investigation and analysis of manufacturing quality management.According to this situation and causes,utilize PDCA circle to optimize QMS of manufacturing process.This article will start from the following aspects: specify quality management system of manufacturing process,improve effectiveness of training for worker at the production line,optimize quality regulatory regime of manufacturing process.Through the above measures,the problem will be solved.Through the data track,data analysis and data summary,the thesis does a comparative analysis on implementation effect of the new method from two dimensions of the audit findings of and qualty performance&targets of process.All the above mentioned factors were much improved.Finally,the article introduces the guarantees of continuous optimization during the product manufacturing process of the rice cooker in the M company,briefly.
