A lot of companies bring in business management system to boost the quality and efficient operation of corporate business to fit in with the requirement of enterprise’s modernized management in the era of big data.However,this kind of form constantly appears the standard software products don’t match the business smoothly.The failure rate of customized software is also very high.And the software always doesn’t meet the requirements of the company leaders and staff.Worse still,this resulted in bad investment return and low work efficiency.The enterprises gradually realize the importance of quality management of software especially in the implementation stage.The problems lying in Company C’s construction project management system are that the construction of the group is not familiar with the engineering business,which leads to the lack of operation business fine management,and failing in meeting the requirements of the construction unit’s engineering business management,the usability of the software is not high;the construction unit and the implementation unit are lack of effective quality organization structure and mature quality management system.There are more problems,such as the insufficient ability of the two sides’ participating teams and the imperfect communication mechanism.Hence Company C urgently needs to improve the quality management of engineering construction management software.The ultimate value of software quality management lies in bringing efficient management to enterprises and providing fast and effective working mode to users.How to effectively control software quality,and prevent and eliminate software defects as far as possible,which is of great significance to ensure the investment effect of software projects and the normal operation of internal work of enterprises.In order to better ensure the quality of software,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of software quality management,and based on the quality management theory,this thesis analyzed how to manage the software implementation quality of the implementation unit from the perspective of the construction party and the user,how to manage the software implementation quality of the implementation unit from the perspective of the owner and the demander.In this paper,through questionnaire and interview to collect PM software quality characteristics,calculating the weight of PM software quality characteristics based on fuzzy set theory,and through the literature analysis method to identify the quality influence factors,further through the questionnaire of industry experts,the importance of quality influence factors is analyzed,and then filtrating key quality influence factors by QFD and DEMATEL.In view of the problems which existing in the quality of engineering management software,this paper proposes a solution that separates the quality management team and project management from the organizational structure,and two teams are responsible for the quality management,so as to reduce the business and software technology project management process,which can not manage the software quality in place due to progress and the lack of professionalism;secondly,from the aspect of process management,the process inspection method and the review process of each link are set up;thirdly,improve the ability of the parties participating in the construction through training,inspection and other learning methods and then reaching an agreement on the project objectives and improving the human investment through interviews;finally,from the aspect of communication mechanism in the construction process,the communication mode is improved by cooperating with the construction of software products.This paper proposes solutions from the four aspects above,and carries out verification regression in the implementation process to ensure that the optimized scheme can bring the expected effect after the implement course,and correct the problems in time.In summary,this study provides some definite value for the software quality management of similar firms.
