Research On Interaction Design Of Internet Hospital Medical Service System Based On Affordance Theory

Internet hospital is a new medical service model formed by the integration of Internet and physical hospitals under the background of my country’s "Internet + medical health" strategy.It will become one of the deepening development trends in the Internet medical field in the future.As an important carrier for Internet hospitals to carry out full-process,online and offline integrated medical diagnosis and treatment and health management services for patients,the diagnosis and treatment service system is the key to determining the efficiency of medical services and the experience of patients.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,the Internet hospital diagnosis and treatment service system driven by the Internet and other information technologies presents the characteristics of complex interaction relationships,multiple interaction scenarios,and multiple interaction media.The existing system design does not well solve the complex interaction with users.The fluency,convenience and dominance of patients’ medical treatment need to be improved.In response to the above problems,this paper introduces affordance theory into the research on the interaction design of Internet hospital diagnosis and treatment service system,and explores the theoretical methods and practical processes for understanding and optimizing the interaction of complex systems.The paper firstly studies the interaction design of affordance intervention product service system,and clarifies that the goal of product service system interaction design from the perspective of "Internet +" is to improve its "interaction utility",that is,the system meets the needs of users in the interactive process.ability,and through the research perspective of affordability "user-product-environment",the system "interaction utility" is transformed into concrete content that can be analyzed by the system,and a system for understanding the system interaction relationship and guiding the improvement of the system "interaction utility" is constructed.Interaction design processes and methods.Then,based on the above theories and methods,combined with the analysis of the interaction characteristics of the Internet hospital diagnosis and treatment service system,the system interaction affordance elements and their associated mechanisms are extracted.Secondly,through questionnaires,behavior observations and interviews,the user interaction utility needs of the Internet hospital diagnosis and treatment service system were investigated and summarized,and five directions of system utility improvement were summarized: product functions,virtual interfaces,system services,service scenarios and interactive systems.Finally,it puts forward the interactive design direction of utility-oriented Internet hospital diagnosis and treatment service system and the principles and methods of Internet hospital diagnosis and treatment service product interaction design.The application of design method in practice.To sum up,through theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper combines affordance theory with the interactive design of Internet hospital diagnosis and treatment service system,and explores the sustainability of the product-service integrated medical service system in the context of the "Internet +" era.It proposed the corresponding construction opinions and carried out design practice and verification,hoping to provide new research ideas and theoretical references for the subsequent design and research of the Internet medical product service system.
