| In the post-epidemic era where covid-19 pneumonia is still rampant,with the promotion and implementation of the policy of "Internet+Medical Health",the Internet hospital shows a steady rise,there is a long-term trend for patients to choose online medical care.But at the same time,there are many derivative problems to be solved in the aspects of experience,cost and platform construction.Therefore,the aim of this research is to explore the possibility of applying cognitive load theory to the design of Internet hospital service system,and to explore the influencing factors and evaluation methods of the design of it based on cognitive load to explore a more scientific and effective design strategy.Firstly,this research develops the Schematic representation of the construct cognitive load based on the medical features of Internet hospital service system,and combine the source and evaluation factors of cognitive load with service design.The measurement division of task characteristics,individual characteristics,task-individual interaction characteristics.service quality,information quality and information security are measured with interview,literature review and Delphi method,which is verified by questionnaire survey and cluster analysis.Secondly,the research models the influence factors of the Internet hospital service system design,and the Delphi method and AHP are used to quantify the importance of the 6 primary indicators and the corresponding 14 secondary indicators in the model.Then,the model is validated based on TOPSIS which calculates the comprehensive score and ranks the samples.The result of eye movement verification of the Internet hospital service system cognitive load evaluation model verifies the influencing factor model of Internet hospital service system design again.Then,the research explores the applicability of NASA-TLX scale,gaze frequency,total gaze time and task completion time to Internet hospital cognitive load measurement by subjective evaluation method,physiological evaluation method and task performance evaluation method.Finally,the research proposes the design strategy framework of Internet hospital service system based on the influence factor model,from aspects of reducing cognitive load,optimizing system function and ensuring information security,to guide the design practice.This research explores the design of Internet hospital service system from the perspective of cognitive load,which not only provides a new idea and method for its design and evaluation,furthermore,the application of cognitive load theory in the field of Internet hospital service is expanded.This research method has certain reference value for the design of Internet hospital service system. |
