Nowadays,"Internet plus medical treatment" is increasingly popular,and all kinds of medical hardware and software systems that keep pace with the times have sprung up in the market,people can conduct remote consultations and learn medical knowledge through medical apps.As an indispensable part of the medical system,first aid also needs to apply new technology to provide better services for people.However,due to the slow response speed of the existing first aid system and the inadequate pre hospital first aid work,it is difficult for patients to be treated in time when the disease occurs,so that the mortality of sudden diseases in China can not be effectively alleviated.Fifth-generation driverless application can accurately locate the patient’s location,shorten the waiting time,and bring greater hope for the treatment of patients.In addition,the characteristics of fifth-generation high speed and low delay will also provide guarantee for the first aid against time.This paper focuses on the advantages of medical assistance system based on "Internet plus".First of all,research on the research status at home and abroad is carried out,covering four major parts: "Internet plus smart medicine",interaction design,emotional design and service design.Secondly,we will conduct detailed theoretical and practical research on these four major sectors horizontally.The application research of "Internet plus" 5G smart medicine includes the research on telemedicine services,the Internet of Things,how to quickly distribute and adjust medical supplies,and how to improve the traditional pre hospital emergency service mode.The third is to study the design methods,design principles and design elements of interaction design of medical products,to connect the preceding and the following.Then,combined with the existing emotional interaction design theory and service design theory,the norms and principles of "Internet plus" medical assistance system design are summarized,including the interface,appearance,operation and user experience of software and hardware.Finally,a survey was conducted on the target users of the system through a combination of questionnaire and interview methods,analyzing their pain points and needs,transforming pain points and functions,and outputting user profiles of typical target users.Based on the theoretical research in the preceding part of the text,closely integrate design practice with it to design the software and hardware of medical auxiliary systems.Before the design of software and hardware,the scope of service design of the system was first defined,the stakeholders were identified,and the user journey map and service blueprint were drawn.In hardware design,after clarifying the design goals and elements,conduct research on the size and other information of existing medical function vehicles in the market,conduct brainstorming,and then determine the appearance and size.In the process of APP design,firstly,competitive product analysis,KANO model,value opportunity analysis,5w1 h and other methods were used to clarify the function and definition of the product,and then determine the information architecture of the product and the use process of the software and hardware systems.Finally,the interface visual design was carried out after the iteration of the low fidelity prototype.By combining software and hardware systems to form a complete treatment loop,patients can immediately call volunteers,medical material delivery vehicles,and remotely connect to hospitals when encountering sudden illness,thereby forming a mutual assistance system and promoting social harmony.
