The Application Research Of The Garden Therapy In The Public Space Of The Children’s Rehabilitation Center

In the context of the era of "great health",people not only pursue physical health,but also pay more attention to psychological,spiritual,social,environmental and other aspects of health,the number of children in China ranks second in the world,the number of special children is increasing year by year at a rate of 800,000 ～ 1.2 million / year,special children problems have increasingly become prominent public health problems and social problems.In 2019,the State Council issued the Catalogue of Basic Rehabilitation Services for Children with Disabilities aged 0～6,which is committed to improving the supply capacity and guarantee level of rehabilitation services for special children.At present,the construction of children’s rehabilitation centers in China has reached a new stage,and it is necessary to continuously innovate the development model and improve the quality and level of services.This thesis focuses on the idea of proposing,analyzing and solving problems,taking horticultural therapy as the guide,special children as the target group,and the public space of the children’s rehabilitation center as the research object,and applying horticultural therapy to the public space of the children’s rehabilitation center.Firstly,the research scope and research content are clarified,the concept,theory,mechanism and mode of action of horticultural therapy are studied through literature method and case analysis method,the concept,model,development and concept of public space of children’s rehabilitation center are summarized,the appropriateness and significance of horticultural therapy intervention in the public space of children’s rehabilitation center are clarified,and the physical,psychological and behavioral characteristics of special children are summarized through field investigation,and the feasibility and role of combination are considered.Conduct field research and analysis on the current situation of children’s rehabilitation centers,and summarize the disadvantages and needs of public space in children’s rehabilitation centers based on the characteristics of special children.Secondly,the application cases of horticultural therapy were investigated,the reference points were analyzed and summarized,the principles and strategies of horticultural therapy application in the public space of children’s rehabilitation centers were summarized by combining the needs of users and the current situation of children’s rehabilitation centers,and the public space of children’s rehabilitation centers in Huamei Hospital was taken as an example for design practice,and the overall consideration of public space function,circulation and plant configuration was proposed,and the design of horticultural therapy space,environmental therapy space,play therapy space and memory therapy space was carried out in combination with the mode of action of horticultural therapy.Through the design practice of the public space project of the Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Huamei Hospital,the feasibility and significance of the application strategy were verified.
