Study On Planning And Design Of Industrial Relics Park

Industry has contributed to the rapid development of modern cities,and while it has driven human society forward,it has brought serious environmental pollution and other social problems to cities.Along with the social transformation,traditional industries began to decline,leaving behind many industrial sites,and these sites have gradually evolved into a scar of urban development.With the social and economic development,industrial sites are gradually being paid attention to.The protection of industrial sites requires comprehensive consideration from the perspective of urban design in order to achieve the goal of harmonious coexistence between human and nature,and industrial site parks are the most important form of protection and reuse of industrial sites,which is the main way to realize the efficient use of industrial site resources and the protection and continuation of industrial history.As early as in the 1970 s,a series of industrial sites renovation and restoration projects have been carried out in western developed countries,and rich experience has been accumulated.At present,there are still some problems in the protection and reuse of industrial sites in China.For quite a long time in the past,due to factors such as slow socio-economic development and insufficient government attention,industrial heritage parks in the complete sense have not been established in most of the cities in China,therefore,the planning and construction of industrial heritage parks in China is a topic worth discussing.This thesis clarifies industrial heritage sites,industrial heritage parks and their related theories and concepts through the study of relevant domestic and foreign literature,and studies the principles and methods of industrial heritage park planning and design by combining the current situation and progress of industrial heritage park research at home and abroad.We investigate and analyze the excellent examples of Monterrey Iron and Steel Museum Park in Mexico,North Duisburg Iron and Steel Park in Germany,Turin Iron and Steel Industrial Heritage Park in Italy,Shougang Industrial Heritage Park,"Anshan Iron and Steel Memory" Iron and Steel Theme Park and Chongqing Iron and Steel Industrial Culture Expo Park at home and abroad,and analyze the problems and lessons learned from the planning and design of industrial heritage parks in these cases.The problems and experiences of the industrial heritage parks in these cases are summarized.Through the research and analysis of the excellent cases at home and abroad,the principles and methods of industrial heritage park planning and design are summarized.Based on the design principles of ecological priority,sustainable utilization,respect for the site,minimal intervention of industrial heritage,heritage of industrial sites,and artistry,this study proposes industrial heritage park planning and design methods such as landscape space design,industrial landscape design,vegetation planting,transformation of characteristic structures,and reuse of waste materials,etc.The preservation and reuse of industrial elements are also discussed in depth,and the The reuse method of the remaining architectural space and major industrial facilities and equipment.After proposing the design method,the research results were applied to the planning and design practice of Jigang Industrial Heritage Park,and the design plan was completed to transform the old industrial factory area into an industrial heritage park with reasonable landscape layout.It also reflects and discusses the current industrial site protection work in China,in order to provide a new way of thinking and method for future industrial site park planning and design,and to provide corresponding reference for industrial site renovation and reconstruction work.
