Study On The Repair Planning Of Industrial Sites Parks Based On The 'Industrial Convergence' Ideology

China's economic development has entered a new normal.The development mode of industrial integration can better promote economic development.At the same time,with the gradual improvement of the level of urbanization,urban problems gradually appear,which seriously affect the development of the city.The idea of urban repair is a powerful way to solve urban diseases.Industrial sites as a disturbance to urban development,become a priority area to be transformed.The industrial sites are endowed with new industrial functions and new vitality.Therefore,this paper uses the method of repair planning to transform the industrial park.Integrate industrial sites into new industries.Firstly,the paper studies the concepts of industrial integration,industrial park of industrial sites,repair planning and so on,summarizes the previous studies,and paves the way for the follow-up research.This paper introduces the evaluation method of industrial land suitability based on GIS as the technical system leading the whole paper.Secondly,it studies the industrial integration of industrial sites and the repair planning of industrial sites through two chapters,and guides the repair planning of industrial sites through the way of industrial integration.In the part of industrial integration,we compare the advantages and disadvantages of Industrial Heritage Park,Industrial Heritage Museum,cultural and creative industrial park and the Sixth Industrial Park and the preconditions for appropriate transformation.In the part of repair planning,the industrial layout of industrial sites is carried out.According to the suitability evaluation of industrial land,whether the industrial sites are suitable for transformation into industrial parks is determined.On the basis of industrial integration,the spatial environment of industrial sites is repaired.Mainly from the environment,function,traffic,architecture,landscape five aspects of the space environment to repair.And inherit the history and culture of industrial sites.Finally,the paper takes Acheng sugar factory as an example.The sixth industry will be integrated into Acheng sugar factory through current situation analysis.Use land suitability evaluation.Finally,the space of Acheng sugar factory is repaired and the historical culture is continued.
