Study On Conservation Renewal Strategy Of Historical And Cultural Blocks In Jinan From The Perspective Of Scene Theory

As a national historical and cultural city,Jinan has a long history and profound cultural deposits,with important historical and cultural values.With the advancement of urban renewal,the conservation and renewal of historical and cultural blocks in Jinan has received continuous attention.Although the renewal of the block has achieved some results,there are still some problems,including homogenization of business mode,lack of cultural connotation,insufficient attention of local residents and so on.It is urgent to seek new solutions.Scene theory has been widely concerned by domestic academic circles in recent years,and advocates the use of scenes with cultural value to stimulate regional consumption vitality,promote the development of urban space in the post-industrial era,and provide a new perspective and method for the renewal of Jinan historical and cultural blocks.This thesis firstly discusses the application of scene theory in historical and cultural blocks.Based on the overview of the scene theory and the relevant contents of Jinan historical and cultural blocks,this thesis puts forward the scene analysis idea of the blocks based on the scene theory and combined with the scene elements,regards the blocks as the combination of multiple scenes,and proposes to promote the conservation renewal with the scene shaping in the blocks.Secondly,the scene elements of Jinan historical and cultural blocks are sorted out in detail,and scene types such as characteristic consumption,cultural experience,neighborhood life and academic exchange are identified in the blocks.According to the development orientation and cultural connotation of the blocks,three scene themes of traditional commercial activities,spring residents’ popular culture and campus culture are proposed.At the same time,according to the actual situation of the block,summarize the existing problems.In addition,based on the analysis of the conservation renewal cases of three domestic historical and cultural blocks,the principles and paths of conservation renewal of Jinan historical and cultural blocks are further proposed from the perspective of scene theory,and then the design strategies of Jinan historical and cultural blocks are proposed from the perspectives of overall planning,function optimization,space shaping,activity planning and community management.The design practice is carried out in Shuangzhongci Street,Jinan City.The feasibility of the strategy is further verified.This thesis uses scene theory to propose new strategies and suggestions for the conservation renewal of Jinan historical and cultural blocks,so as to enhance the emphasis on the cultural value of Jinan historical and cultural blocks and stimulate the sustainable development vitality of the blocks.It is expected that the research results of this thesis will provide new ideas for the conservation renewal of historical and cultural blocks in the future,and provide certain reference value for the application of scene theory in the protection of historical and cultural blocks.
