Study On The Development Strategy Of Expressway Service Area In Hebei Province

Expressway service facilities are an important window for the transportation industry to serve the social and economic development,and are directly related to the safe and convenient travel of the majority of people.The expressway service area,as an important part of it,is mainly responsible for providing basic services such as catering,accommodation and refueling for the passing drivers and passengers of the expressway,which puts forward higher requirements for the service capacity of the service area management department.By the end of 2021,the total mileage of the expressway in Hebei Province has exceeded 8000 kilometers,reaching 8042 kilometers.After more than ten years of development,The construction and operation of the service area has made great achievements,but compared with the advanced provinces of Shandong and Jiangsu,there are shortcomings.In this context,it is urgent to think about new opportunities for transformation and development.This paper takes the operation status and development strategy of expressway service areas in Hebei Province as the research object,and carries out this study on the basis of combing a large number of domestic and foreign relevant research documents and relevant theories.First of all,the operation status of the high-speed service area in Hebei Province is analyzed;Secondly,through the external environment analysis(PEST and Porter’s five forces model),internal environment analysis(5W),external factor evaluation matrix and internal factor evaluation matrix,the current business environment of Hebei high-speed service area is studied;Thirdly,through SWOT analysis,14 alternative strategies were obtained.Finally,according to the actual situation,the scientific layout strategy,standardized design strategy,diversified operation strategy,high-quality service strategy,excellent cultural connotation strategy,talent promotion strategy,and new economy development strategy were formulated.Through the calculation of the quantitative strategic planning matrix,the seven strategies were found to have a score of more than 4 points,referring to the strategic selection standard line developed by the expert group,These strategies are feasible.;Finally,combined with the seven strategies selected,the corresponding implementation strategies are formulated.Hebei High-speed Strategic Development Plan is an important project of the "One Road and Three Belts" of the Hebei Provincial Government.Accelerating the organization and implementation has become an urgent and realistic task before the owners.Accelerating the planning of the project is not only a concrete action to preserve the high-speed political mission road and high-quality tourism road,but also an important starting point to promote the industrial development of "one road and three belts".The research results of this paper have certain practical significance to ensure the long-term operation of expressway service areas.At the same time,the research of this paper can bring certain reference significance for the operation of expressway service areas in other areas in the same industry..
