Xiangxiang Shanzao Town Shanzao Village Beautiful House Renovation Design

With the continuous development of rural economy and the continuous updating of national policies on rural areas,as of 2022,China issued the 19 th Central Document No.1 to guide the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers since the 21 st century.The release of this document shows that China attaches great importance to rural development.From beautiful countryside,digital countryside,rural revitalization,smart countryside,green agriculture,to beautiful houses and beautiful courtyards,rural construction policies are constantly concretized and improved.This also shows that the construction of beautiful countryside is not a simple village construction,but to achieve the goal of protecting the ecological environment,highlighting the regional characteristics,and meeting the needs of villagers.However,in the process of rural transformation,important core issues such as regional characteristic culture,natural ecological landscape,and villagers ’ demand are often ignored.In view of this situation,how to retain and continue the local cultural characteristics,improve the quality of rural natural ecological environment,and solve the villagers ’ demand has become a new research direction of such projects.First of all,this paper selects Shanzao Village,Shanzao Town,Xiangxiang City,as the object of field research and transformation design.Through the current situation of rural areas at home and abroad,as well as different types of rural transformation design cases,this paper finally selects two excellent cases,Nagano Bahai Village in Japan and Futian Village in Emei Gaoqiao Town,Sichuan Province,to learn from their successful experience in terms of overall planning,architectural transformation,development status and landscape characteristics.On the basis of field investigation and research,the advantages and disadvantages of Shanzao Village and the existing main problems are analyzed,and the focus of the transformation design of Shanzao Village in Shanzao Town is clarified.Followed by literature review,field survey.
