Research On The Design Of The Contemporary "Empty-nest Youth" Group Living Space Based On Sociology Of Space Sight

The poet Wang Bo once described living next to each other as "I am not as good as Xie Xuan’s children,but I have the privilege of being a neighbor with such a virtuous person as Meng Zi".People in the past,because of their geographical proximity,formed a close interactive relationship,showing a harmonious neighborhood.However,with the development of urbanization,more and more commercial houses and sameness appear one by one,with distinct cities and high-rise buildings.The happy time of living next to each other is separated,and the tradition of "distant relatives are not as good as neighbors" is also separated.Indifference of human feelings,isolation and indifference between people have become a common social phenomenon......Under this background,the connection between residents is becoming weaker and weaker,and the problem of urban residence begins to appear.In particular,the arrival of the "lonely economy" has produced a batch of young groups-"Empty-nest youth" who rush into big cities.They yearn for a better and personalized life.However,the reality is that due to economic,work and social factors,most young people can only choose to rent a houses,which is difficult to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of young people.They are faced with the lack of "spiritual haven" and "indoor home paradise".Therefore,building a group living space suitable for young people to live and live in.It is urgent and necessary to remould the neighborhood relationship that accords with the contemporary "Empty-nest youth".This study will start from the social phenomenon of "Empty-nest youth" and take the theory of spatial sociology as the starting point to sort out and summarize the current situation of "Sociology of space","Empty-nest" phenomenon,youth’s social space and their living conditions at home and abroad.At the same time,through sampling investigation and field investigation,Selecting some communities and apartments of youth in Wuhan as the main investigation objects.Through sampling survey and field research,it is found that the problem of living space of contemporary youth groups does not lie in the size and scale of space,but in the "hollow" of emotion.Therefore,how to construct youth intimacy is the focus of this paper.Based on the discussion of the relationship between "space and society",this study analyzes the "space sociology" and its social organization,and explains in detail the three spatial forms of space production proposed by Lefebvre.The social organization mode centered on "use-experience" of space organizes scattered spatial forms together.It also analyzes the social evolution and development characteristics of modern and contemporary "Empty-nest youth" social space,This paper puts forward four construction modes of youth social cohesion,which are diversified social ideal model,interwoven space,situational interactive experience and diversified space form.It is concluded that the construction of social relations in youth community space should follow the interactive principle of "useexperience" as the center,the social principle of "space-diversity" as the form and the equality principle of "city residence-integration" as the premise.This part lays a theoretical foundation for the later design method.Combined with the analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the reconstruction method of spatial organization and the strategy of interconnection,applies it to take Wuhan Yangluo youth community as an example as the empirical design part,redefines the spatial sociological relationship of the living space of youth groups,and tries to improve the indifferent interpersonal relationship between people through communication interconnection and multiple interconnection.so as to improve the indifferent interpersonal relationship between people,and realize the transformation from "the disconnected society" to "the connected society".The conclusion of the study shows that the way of social communication of young people is different from the traditional social communication relationship.They yearn for an open,diversified and personalized space.This study uses a modular and customized way to implant social units to meet the basic material needs of young people.Starting from the social problems of "empty nest youth",it is found that the lack of intimacy is the core factor showing the emotional lack of "empty nest youth".In order to break this indifferent social relationship,build an "effective social relationship" between people and enhance the sense of urban integration of "empty nest Youth",a new harmonious and family friendly youth neighborhood community integrating work,residence,social networking and entertainment has been created.So that it is attached to this city: first,based on the gregarious tendency of young people,create a space with "sense of experience";Second,respect the preferences of young people and create a personalized space;Third,from the perspective of meeting the emotional needs of young people and communication and interaction,create a "degree" living space for young people.
