Post-use Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Yibin Changjiang Park Based On User Satisfaction Survey

Riverside landscape,a linear green open space,is an important part of urban ecosystem,which maintaining urban and rural ecological security,and having multiple functions such as leisure and recreation,landscape image,and green transportation.The construction of urban riverside landscape is of great significance which can improve ecological environment of urban and rural area,the life quality of residents and change the way of life-style.In recent years,under the impetus of the government,China has carried out large-scale urban riverside landscape construction and achieved great achievements.However,due to the relatively lagging research on riverside landscape,the construction of many riverside landscapes in China has not achieved the expected results,which has affected the efficiency of riverside landscape use.Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)is a scientific evaluation of the current status of riverside landscape use from the perspective of user satisfaction,using multidisciplinary theories such as statistical analysis,landscape architecture,etc.,in order to provide science for the construction and management of urban riverside road Basis.This thesis is based on previous research,using AHP,expert consultation,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and questionnaire survey to evaluate the landscape of the Yangtze River Park in Yibin.The optimization strategy is concluded as follows:(1)Based on relevant literature research,the expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process were used to establish the service function,ecological function,ornamental recreation function and safety function,and service function as the standard layer,and the overall landscape of the waterfront 21 evaluation factors including plant landscape,pavement situation,etc.are used as the evaluation system of the index layer,and the post-use evaluation model of the Binjiang Road landscape is established.Based on this,the weight values of each indicator are calculated,and the function of the urban riverside road is determined by service functions(0.62716)> Ecological function(0.14340)> Ornamental recreation function(0.09893)> Security function(0.06526)> Cultural function(0.06526)weight order.(2)Using the established evaluation model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the Yangtze River Park in Yibin City,the overall evaluation result is S2(good),with a score between 3.48-3.76 points,indicating that the user 's satisfaction with the Yangtze River Park is relatively high.High,the function of this riverside landscape in Yibin has been affirmed by users.The evaluation results of the criterion layer show that the results of the criterion layer show that the recreational and safety functions of the Yangtze River Park in Yibin have the highest scores of 3.76 and 3.87,and are rated as S2(better),indicating that the two have performed better than other functions.,More satisfied by users.Service function and ecological function are next,although it is also S2,but the score is not high,indicating that they have not been fully recognized by users and should be improved in the future.The cultural function score was the lowest at 3.48 and the rating was only S3(fair).It shows that the cultural function is the short board of the construction of Changjiang Park Road in Yibin City,and the focus of optimization and construction of Changjiang Park in Yibin City in the future.The evaluation results of the indicator layer indicate that the results of the indicator layer indicate that the Yangtze River Park in Yibin has a high satisfaction in the overall landscape,pavement conditions,sanitation facilities,and lighting facilities of the waterfront,with a score of 3.75-3.99;in commercial facilities and recreation The project has low satisfaction in terms of diversity,parking facilities,cultural or historical sense,and rich plant types,with a score of 3.19-3.45,which lowers the overall satisfaction of Yangtze River Park and the overall satisfaction with Yangtze River Park.It has a negative impact.In the future,we should focus on improving and optimizing to promote the overall improvement of satisfaction of the urban riverside landscape in Yibin.Based on the results of the above evaluation,an optimization strategy for the Yangtze River Park in Yibin City was proposed,which is mainly divided into five criteria layers: viewing and recreation function,ecological function,safety function,service function,and cultural function,combined with the user satisfaction score and evaluation results Reasonable optimization suggestions are proposed,such as improving the quality of some small nodes in the landscape,increasing the diversity of recreational projects,enriching plant species,improving plant mix,and improving the overall level of cultural functions.
