Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM),features with high power factor,less operation loss.And,it characterized with accurate angle positioning,rapid mutation response and wide range of operation speed.So it is widely used in the vehicle transportation industry.In this paper,the studio is the permanent magnet synchronous drive motor be installed in pure electric dump truck.The main research works are as follows:Firstly,selecting rotor flux oriented control mode,by using the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous drive motor control,to establish the voltage mathematical equation of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Based on the structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor and power supply process,the current flow direction is controlled by the on-off time controlling three-phase bridge,so as to control the space vector.Based on the basic principle of vector pulse waveform control,the simulation model of voltage space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)is established by controlling the rotating magnetic field of the motor through vector orientation.Based on the above,establish the simulation of control system three closed-loop permanent magnet synchronous motor and verify the system overall validity.Second,based on the principle of sliding mode variable structure,analysis the traditional sliding mode reaching law..In order to overcome the inherent instability and speed overshoot in the PMSM drive system controlled by sliding mode variable structure,and the weak resist ability of load interference,this paper proposes one new type of variable structure control approach rate.In the first step is proposed a new reaching law control,in order to improve the effect of sliding mode control,and in the second step is build fuzzy control based on the principle,the fuzzy control with sliding mode variable structure controller of fuzzy sliding mode controller with fuzzy control to control the corresponding parameter values,and will replace the symbolic function of variable structure,then compound fuzzy sliding mode control system is established.Third,this paper introduces the application of fuzzy sliding mode control in dump truck control system and power system,and verifies the strong anti-load disturbance ability of fuzzy sliding mode control system under periodic load disturbance through simulation for the working scene demand of permanent magnet synchronous drive motor of pure electric dump truck.Fourth,According to the requirements of the project,in order to ensure the reliability of the motor control system,aiming at the possible current sensor faults in the control system,a single current sensor fault judgment method based on the sliding mode observer of the single three-phase current sensor was proposed.In order to realize this method,the mathematical model of the drive system was established first,then the synovial observer was established,and the fault was judged based on the residual current generated by the sliding mode observer.The simulation results show that this method can accurately judge whether the current sensor has no fault,deviation fault,gain fault or concurrent fault.Fuzzy sliding mode control can effectively improve the response speed of PMSM,enhance the robustness of the system and reduce the dependence on parameters,so as to reduce the inherent chattering of the system,increase the stability margin of the system,and enhance the anti-load disturbance ability of the whole motor system.The fault judgment method is a separate current sensor based on the sliding mode observer.The motor control system contains a powerful way to improve the reliability of fault judgment,because the control system is based on the data of the current sensor to achieve accurate operation of the motor control system.
