Research On Big Data Application In Urban Renewal Public Participation

At present,the spatial planning mode of urban development in China has changed from "increment oriented" to "optimized stock" under global control.Urban renewal focusing on the optimization of spatial resources is conducive to the orderly improvement of the quality of stock space.Public participation is an essential link in the process of urban renewal.Urban renewal involves a wide range of subjects,and the participants are complex and diverse.The disadvantages of the single and traditional "government led" public participation model are gradually revealed.Big data technology provides better opportunities and challenges for the public to participate in urban renewal comprehensively and effectively,and provides new possibilities for expanding the multiple paths of public participation in urban renewal.On the one hand,it can improve the degree of public participation and safeguard public interests;On the other hand,it can also improve the scientificity and rationality of urban renewal planning decision-making.This paper takes the application of big data in public participation in urban renewal as the research object,refers to the research progress and specific practical cases at home and abroad,takes "theoretical research-current situation analysis-path construction-Practical Research" as the writing logic,fully integrates the knowledge of urban planning,statistics,computer science,sociology and other disciplines,and uses literature research,empirical research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis Quantitative analysis and practical research methods to explore diversified paths of public participation.First,the relevant concepts,theories and research status of public participation in urban renewal are analyzed,and the limitations of traditional forms of public participation in urban renewal are briefly described.Secondly,the principle of path construction and the construction of the realization path are proposed,and the construction of the big data application public participation platform is summarized to provide direction for the follow-up practice.Then select some communities in the central urban area of Zhuzhou as the object of empirical research,and conduct research on the communities in the central urban area of Zhuzhou by means of questionnaire survey and field investigation.After cleaning and arranging the questionnaire data,text mining and visual expression of the questionnaire data are carried out,combined with the relevant point of interest(POI)data crawled on the open source map platform for comparative analysis.Finally,systematically sort out the aforementioned contents,summarize the path construction and implementation strategies of public participation in urban renewal under the background of big data,and form a spatial research model that integrates big data and traditional research data,and the relationship between explicit participation methods and implicit participation methods supported by big data.The combined public participation big data application path is expected to provide reference experience and cases for public participation in urban renewal in the new era.
