Study On Suitability Evaluation Of Human Settlements In Small Towns In Anhui Province

In recent years,facing the new environment of urbanization and integration into the urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Delta,Anhui is in urgent need of raising its urbanization level to meet more severe challenges and tasks.As a major agricultural province in Central China,the development of small towns is of great significance to the development and construction of cities and towns within Anhui Province.However,with the accelerating pace of urbanization,many small towns began to follow the old path of small and medium-sized cities that developed firstly and treated secondly.They unilaterally pursued the expansion of cities and towns and only the GDP was the highest,resulting in a serious imbalance in the quality of human settlements.As one of the small towns in Anhui Province,Lin Tau Town is representative of the economic,social and cultural aspects of the living environment.The article takes it as a typical example to study the suitability of its living environment,in order to provide examples for other small towns in Anhui Province.Based on the current situation of living environment of small town in Anhui Province and combining with the principle of index construction,the article constructs objective and subjective system of evaluation of living environment.Then analyze the case,calculating and evaluating separately to get the corresponding evaluation results,and then combine the subjective and objective evaluation results to analyze the coordination degree;Besides,comparing and analyzing the results of evaluating individual indicators in the subjective and objective evaluation system,in order to assist in obtaining more objective and comprehensive results and to make up for the inadequacies of the subjective and objective evaluation system.In the objective evaluation system,the evaluation system is divided into four parts: ecological environment,economic environment,social environment and infrastructure;To ensure that the data is objective and true.the data of all the objective indicators come from the publicity of government websites or according to the application procedure.Using the AHP to determine the weights of individual indicators and the data processed without dimension,we can get the overall situation of living environment and the changes of individual indicators in Lin Tau Town from 2012 to 2016.Since the subjective evaluation is based on the residents ’satisfaction,the subjective evaluation system is used to establish the questionnaire to obtain the residents’ satisfaction scores.At the same time,the weight of individual indicators is calculated by AHP,and finally usingthe fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to get the product of the degree matrix and the weight vector as the last results.Combined with subjective and objective evaluation results,the following conclusions are obtained:1.It can be concluded from 2012 to 2016 that the overall living environment in Lin Tau Town has maintained a steady upward trend and has been growing rapidly.However,there is a gap between the growth rates of subsystems.Among them,the economic environment has the largest growth rate and the social environment subsystem has the smallest growth rate.2.From the result of subjective evaluation,it can be concluded that the comprehensive score of living environment is quite satisfactory,the scores of subsystems are mostly satisfied,and only the score of ecosystem belongs to general,indicating that the quality of ecological environment can not be optimistic from the perspective of residents’ experience.3.Comparing and analyzing the same meaning indicators in the subjective and objective system,it is found that the subjective and objective evaluation results are not optimistic in the industrial environmental pollution;in the social environment,although the social security investment objective score is higher,the subjective evaluation satisfaction is lower;In the economic environment,although the objective shows that there is an upward trend,the residents’ satisfaction with wages and benefits is low;in the infrastructure,both the objective and the subjective aspects,the evaluation level remains basically the same.4.According to the analysis of the coordination degree of subjective and objective evaluation results,the coordination of ecological environment and economic environment is barely coordinated.Therefore,the investment and governance of ecology,society and infrastructure should be strengthened so that the entire system can be fully and sustainable developed.
