| The outbreak of the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020 revealed practical problems such as insufficient establishment of emergency response mechanisms and insufficient emergency infrastructure in my country, and the normalization of epidemic prevention and control is imminent. In this epidemic, construction industrialization has played a vital role in emergency rescue.Obviously,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the transformation of emergency systems in the post-epidemic era and innovative development strategies. Therefore, based on the background of modern rapid construction method(MMC),this paper will conduct a comparative study on traditional modular emergency buildings such as Leishenshan and huoshenshan Hospital and new emergency ward modular buildings such as "Yuanda negative pressure isolation ward",and discuss the design optimization direction of the new integrated isolation ward,to explore and study the modular design of the "isolation ward" unit that can be quickly put into construction and use in the epidemic and post-epidemic era,and to explore the transformation direction of the modular ward in the post-epidemic era of the combination of flat and "epidemic".The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, research purpose and significance of the thesis(policy and reality),defines the concepts of modern rapid construction method, emergency ward, integration, etc.,and analyzes the medical emergency under the existing MMC at home and abroad. The current situation of ward research, and the research content, framework and methods of the paper are briefly described. The second chapter is the case analysis and comparison of the existing emergency medical wards,by comparing the new emergency medical modular buildings such as the Yuanda isolation ward with the traditional medical emergency modular buildings such as Leishenshan and Huoshenshan. From the perspectives of spatial layout, similarities and differences of streamlines, comparison of construction systems and materials, construction process and technical difficulties, etc.,the advantages and disadvantages of the two are compared, and the existing problems and optimization points of the emergency ward modular building are found. The third chapter aims to explore the basic design theory of emergency integrated wards in a targeted manner according to the problems obtained in the second chapter, including the basic design s tandards, design principles, space and streamline requirements of emergency infectious disease negative pressure wards and wards. And through the method of questionnaire survey to explore the key points of humanized design of the ward, and from the perspe ctive of humanized demand to discuss the design requirements of the integrated ward layout, color, interior furniture and other aspects. The fourth chapter discusses the technical theory of applicable modern construction methods in a targeted manner according to the problems obtained from the comparison in the second chapter, including the characteristics of modern construction methods, the characteristics of construction technology and construction principles, and the selection of structural systems for modular buildings.Compare and summarize the existing technical problems of the integrated ward, and propose an optimization strategy for the Yuanda ward from the selection of the enclosure structure, interior walls,large-scale pipeline layout and drainage system organization, folding walls, etc.Investigate and optimize the selection of medical parts in the ward. The fifth chapter is the design optimization of the ward module.Based on the theory of the previous chapters and the negative pressure ward of BROAD,the integrated ward is optimized, including the layout of the ward module, the size layout of indoor activities, the design of interior parts, and the negative pressure ward.Exploring the transformation and layout methods of other modules and the direction of technical optimization, and flexibly exploring the spatial direction of the translation module of the "epidemic mode" of the integrated ward. Finally, for the conclusion, discuss the research content, innovations and possible deficiencies and problems of this paper. |
