This paper based on the current situation of hospital medical environment at all levels in our country,people's need for improvement of medical experience and the need of health care workers on the comfort of work environment,concluded the demand for modular combination design of ward drug cabinet in our country.we took the ward medical cabinet as a sample of the study through the existing hospital medical ward cabinet research,the use of fuzzy mathematical analysis,five-point scale and other mathematical methods,Combined with modularization Design theory and research methods,a series of intelligent ward cabinet modular combination design for qualitative and quantitative analysis,get a series of ward modular design and combination of various factors in the proportion of weight.Through the analysis,we can get the optimal design of the modular design and combination of the series of ward wards,which will provide a reference for the series modular design and combination of the ward medical products in the future.Through the analysis of hospital ward environment diversity and product design elements(function,structure,material,technology,man-machine,shape,color,etc.),as well as the research on the embodiment of modular design and combination method in design elements,Establish a modular design in the ward cabinet modular product design and combination of general ideas,so as to provide the corresponding design methods and processes for the modular design of other ward products and other industrial products.For the first time,this dissertation proposes to apply the concept of modular design to the ward cabinet design for the complicated medical environment in our country,And quantitative analysis the influence of environmental factors on the modular ward cabinet combination method by mathematical methods.Through the ward cabinet which has the same design style,modules and components can be converted and call each other,and take the correlation between the design elements of design and the harmony of the environment as the main breakthrough point,carry out the research and practice of a series of ward modular combination design methods.
