| With the continuous advancement of the process of construction industrialization,prefabricated buildings have increasingly showing their important position in construction industrialization,and at the same time,they are generally valued by academia and industry.However,at present,the prefabricated building develops slowly due to the limitations of cost,design and other factors.It is found that a company has developed modular integrated construction(MIC),which not only has a high assembly rate,but also has excellent performance.It is a high-level form of prefabricated building.Different from ordinary assembly buildings,modular buildings are space modules that split the building as a whole into different functions,and then transport them to the site prefabricated to the site to complete the whole building construction.It has the characteristics of fast construction,green energy saving and high recovery rate,in line with our double carbon goals.In addition,the digital transformation of the construction industry is an inevitable trend in the construction industry.BIM is one of the methods that should be available for digitizing the structure.This paper combines BIM with modular building,explores the application points of BIM in it,and hopes to provide a new idea for the industrialization of construction and digital transformation.Starting from the background of building digitization and industrialization,this paper analyzes the development status of BIM and modular buildings at home and abroad,combs out related concepts and theories,and systematically analyzes the characteristics and advantages of BIM and modular buildings.This paper expounds the defining relationship between modular integrated building and ordinary prefabricated building,and compares their advantages and disadvantages in every aspect in detail.Modular buildings need to change from the design thinking,so modular buildings need to start from the design stage,combined with BIM technology to carry out modular design of modules,and establish a module library,through different functional modules diversified combination,to adapt to people’s changing needs for buildings,building modules are divided into concrete module and steel structure module.Different integration schemes are designed respectively.In the implementation stage of the project,a digital platform was established to manage module production and scheduling,and the construction site was optimized with BIM technology.The "three terminals and one cloud" digital project management platform was built to monitor the construction site in real time and realize the digital management of personnel,equipment and archives.Finally,a kindergarten is used as the research object,a module model is established,and the key and difficult points are disclosed visually.BIM is used to simulate and optimize the construction process,BIM is used to control the construction progress of the whole project,and the site is managed through the digital platform,which reduces the occurrence of safety accidents and reduces the project cost. |
