Grassroots employees are an important component of the composition of enterprise employees,and their job satisfaction affects the improvement of enterprise production efficiency.For enterprises,paying attention to the job satisfaction of grassroots employees not only plays an important role in improving the enthusiasm of grassroots employees in their work,but also plays an important role in creating a harmonious corporate culture and rallying the centripetal force of grassroots employees.Based on this,this article selects the job satisfaction of grassroots employees in W Company as the research object.In the research,the article uses relevant theoretical knowledge of human resource management,and combines research methods such as literature analysis,case study,questionnaire survey,and empirical analysis to explore the current management situation of grassroots employees in W Company.Through research findings,Firstly,based on previous research,this article uses job satisfaction of grassroots employees as a dependent variable,and conducts research hypotheses from three dimensions.individual characteristics,salary fairness,and endowment effects of grassroots employees.Based on 30 secondary indicators extracted from six aspects:work environment,work relationships,work content,benefits,career development,and corporate culture,a questionnaire was prepared and 510 grassroots employees of the company were surveyed,Finally,regression analysis was conducted using SPSS software to analyze the impact of independent variables and dependent variables.The six indicators selected in the study have a close and significant relationship with grassroots employee satisfaction,which also affects the level of grassroots employee satisfaction with the current job in W Company.Secondly,based on the data analysis results,among the 30 questions in the six dimensions,the overall level of dissatisfaction among the grassroots employees of Company W is relatively high,mainly manifested in five aspects:working hours,assessment system,service evaluation,vacation arrangements,and distribution fairness,which has led to low work efficiency and weak team cohesion among employees in workshop production.It can be seen that Company W should pay full attention to the satisfaction of grassroots employees.In response to the unsatisfactory factors displayed by grassroots employees,relevant departments should take measures to intervene in a timely manner,optimize the management mechanism,and help grassroots employees create a good working environment.Thirdly,based on the research conclusions and research assumptions,the article proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects:creating a good working atmosphere,strengthening the training and management of grassroots employees,improving the company’s management system,optimizing the career promotion mechanism of grassroots employees,improving salary and welfare benefits,and strengthening the corporate culture of grassroots employees.It has certain practical significance to help W Company improve the company’s management system and enhance the job satisfaction of grassroots employees.In summary,through this study,we have further understood the factors that affect the job satisfaction of grassroots employees in Company W,and based on the degree of impact of their respective variables,the article has targeted relevant countermeasures and suggestions,which have played a positive role in helping Company W improve human resources management,optimize the working environment of grassroots employees,and improve the company’s management system.At the same time,it has also helped grassroots employees better clarify their career development level,Improving work efficiency has important practical significance.
