In recent years,China's national economy develops very quickly,which at the same time brings a great opportunity to aviation industry development,but with the rapid development,the inner problems in the companies are becoming more and more obvious.Staff turnover rate is getting higher as enterprises develop rapidly.The wastage of core personnel makes management harder and service quality decline,especially the high rate of resignation of the overseas staff.These problems bring along a vicious circle.Therefore,the incentive mechanism for staff becomes a project that needs to be researched urgently.This study uses the method of questionnaire study,take the overseas departments in A Co.as a case,starting with the study of its human resources and staff turnover status,then taking the staff randomly as example and finding out the reasons for their resignation.The study analyzed and summarized turnover factors and also made suggestions for improving the incentive mechanism.The study suggested that overseas departments of A Co.needs to pay attention to the high resignation rate,to make a rational recruitment plan,construct a clear career development path and establish corresponding welfare to improve the incentive mechanism and fulfill the purpose of increasing the staff satisfaction and building a stable and energetic environment for the development of company.Furthermore,the research has application value to similar major state-owned enterprises.
