| Driven by a major national strategy,China’s new energy bus industry has developed rapidly,and a number of leading enterprises,which have advantage in terms of scale,industrial chain,technical route,etc..In the process,CRRC.EV has achieved the income of 5 billion yuan,ranking the third in the domestic industry of new energy commercial vehicle.In the meantime,the industry demand experienced a rapid growth after,the growth rate of domestic demand has slowed down significantly,and the competition among enterprises is increasingly intensified.Therefore,the leading enterprises aim at the international market.However,the emergence of anti-globalization wave has a significant impact on the internationalization of Chinese enterprises,and the sudden emergence of COVID-19 in 2020 has further deepened this impact.In the face of such a situation,CRRC.EV needs to face and deal with these challenges,to enter the international market.This paper adopts the method of case analysis,and mainly studies the internationalization strategy of CRRC.EV.The paper analyzes the trend of world economic integration,new energy of automobiles,and Chinese enterprises being more widely recognized.Combined with the major strategic promotion of the Chinese government to encourage enterprises to go global,the company’s internationalization strategy has a good external environment;At the same time,it is also demonstrated that with the strong support of CRRC Group,the company has the resources and capabilities to implement the internationalization strategy in terms of manufacturing,technology,capital,and market.Based on this,the internationalization strategy of CRRC.EV is proposed.On the basis of making full use of the overall internationalization achievements of CRRC Group,the company’s internationalization strategy is rapidly promoted through international cooperation,brand building,and marketing channels.In order to ensure the implementation of the internationalization strategy,it is proposed that CRRC.EV needs to reform and reshape its organizational structure,optimize corporate processes,strengthen informatization construction,etc.,and adjust corporate culture and strengthen risk control.In the process of studying the internationalization of CRRC.EV,this thesis fully analyzes how the international strategy of CRRC.EV connects with the overall internationalstrategy of CRRC,and how to apply the resources and capabilities of CRRC to expand the international market,so as to provide reference for the international development of CRRC.EV,and to provide reference for the international development of CRRC electric and how the member enterprises of the Group carry out international expansion with the help of the group’s overall resources... |
