Strategic Research On Building Of Kunming International Aviation Hub

Civil aviation as the important transportation making China to be the second largest air transport country in the world.The passenger throughput,freight and postal throughput and airport numbers are also second only to the United States ranked first.By the end of 2017,there were 229 certified transport airports in China,22 more than in 2015.China's civil aviation airports have fulfilled 10.249 million sorties,1.148 billion passengers,16.177 million tons of cargo and postal throughput.Kunming Airport has completed the production of 350,300 taken off and landed sorties,44.73 million passengers and 419,000 tons of cargo and postal,ranking second in the southwest China only after Chengdu Airport.According to the statistical bulletin of Civil Aviation Airport production published by the Civil Aviation Administration in 2018,Kunming Changshui Airport ranks separately 4th,6th and 8th in terms of flight take-off and landing sorties,passenger throughput and cargo and postal throughput.From the intuitive statistics,the international passenger volume of Kunming Airport does not exceed 10%.International flights are mostly concentrated in South Asia and Southeast Asia.International and regional flights are few.Airport airspace,infrastructure and other resources tend to be saturated.In addition,the short-haul transport of "eight horizontal and eight vertical" high-speed railway in China is being accelerated.Kunming,as an important station on the "eight horizontal and eight vertical" high-speed railway transport line,is built for the surrounding short-haul.Navigable cities have an impact,but they also have opportunities to cooperate with high-speed rail.Under this challenge,this paper starts with the development of civil aviation transport industry,refers to the basic situation of large civil aviation domestic and international transport airports,uses literature search,comparative analysis and historical evolution trend analysis methods,uses SWOT model to analyze the existing location advantages,resources,management mode,opportunities and threats of civil aviation transport industry of Kunming Airport,and passes through similar airport development process.The comparative method predicts the market demand of Kunming Airport,formulates the strategic objectives,and puts forward the implementation plan aiming at the problems faced by Kunming Airport,such as limited infrastructure,insufficient airspace resources and single market structure of aviation network..
