Since 2013,China's automobile production and sales exceeded 20 million and ranked the first in the world.This has led to the internationalization of China's auto parts industry.And it becomes a trend to enter the international market.The internationalization demands the enterprises must clear their own resources,strengths,external political and economic environment,and choose the suitable entry model for specific markets,and solve the corresponding problems.The research on the internationalization development path of China's auto parts enterprises is helpful to provide reference for parts enterprises,in order to achieve a higher level of international performance and resource strategy matching.This paper is based on the M company,a typical Chinese private auto parts enterprises.Through the interviews with the internationalization of decision makers of M company,based on the relevant theoretical research results,and the different national strategy layout of overseas,this paper focuses on the following three aspects: first,the realistic basis of the logical starting point of China private car parts enterprises in the choice of the mode of entering the overseas market,and the evolution path and its characteristics.Secondly,when selecting of international market entry,there are a variety of factors.In different stages of the strength of the host country,the impact of various factors plays a weight,and the way to judge the degree of various factors including the contingency.Finally,by integrating all factor analysis,the ways that the decision makers make a comprehensive judgment and decision.Analysis of the main contents of this paper include the motivation,mode and path of internationalization theory,to summarize the deficiencies of the existing theory.Taking M company as a case study,first introduce the auto parts industry development and the situation of M company,focusing on the factors influencing the internationalization development,and different overseas market internationalization path,detailed description and analysis of the case company to enter into the U.S.market,through acquisition of joint ventures to enter the Thailand market,invest into the Mexico market strategy selection,the implementation path and the subsequent operation,how the influence factors work,and how the M company to correspond.Finally,it analyzes the experience and lessons,summarizes the characteristics and commonness of multinational enterprises entering into different international markets,and proposes the suggestions for the improvement of the internationalization development of private automobile parts enterprises.Comprehensive conclusion,auto parts business patterns and path of internationalization is a dynamic choice results.They should clear their own resources and the host country to specific their own advantages.In the early stage of internationalization development,due to lack of experience,reducing the investment of resources and the impact of the external environment,for comprehensive risk control,the enterprises can choose a more similar market and in cooperation with local enterprises to enter.In developed economies,in order to specific local advantages,rapid access to existing resources,development of the market,the enterprises could consider more the acquisition of domestic enterprises and accumulate some international experience.In order to enhance the control and obtain complete profit,to achieve global strategic resource integration,the enterprises can be taken directly to the establishment of overseas subsidiaries.At the same time,in the process of international development,enterprises should maintain the international competitiveness and international human resources,and look at the process of internationalization,rather than just copy the models and countermeasures.
