With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the speed of replacement of automobile products is getting faster and faster,and the manufacturing cycle of automobile molds is more stringent.In order to improve the efficiency of automobile stamping mold manufacturing and realize its intelligent manufacturing,a process system combine with mold manufacturing process information for assisting process design and processing should be researched and developed.At this stage,most of the manufacturing processes of automobile stamping dies have been highly automated,and the last process,grinding,requires manual use of tools to process the surface of the die.Due to the low efficiency of manual processing and the difficulty of extracting process knowledge,an automatic grinding equipment is studied.At the same time,the development of supporting intelligent grinding process knowledge analysis system has broad development prospects.In order to realize the management and application of grinding process knowledge of automobile stamping dies,this paper researches and develops an intelligent grinding process system mainly based on knowledge management and process analysis functions.The parameter information involved in the grinding process of automobile stamping dies is systematically summarized,the knowledge information with guiding significance for process design and processing is screened out,a process knowledge model is designed,and a process knowledge base is established.In the process analysis module of the system,under the condition of using the method of dividing the mold surface area based on curvature,the combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation is applied,and the knowledge reasoning system in the process analysis module is established.First of all,on the basis of analyzing the working process of the automatic grinding equipment,this paper analyzes the requirements of the intelligent grinding process knowledge analysis system of automotive stamping die.Based on the demand analysis,the network structure mode and development framework are selected for the system,and the system architecture is designed.The three functional modules are knowledge base,process analysis,management and assistance,and the specific functions are refined.Secondly,this paper analyzes,filters and categorizes the information involved in the grinding process,and designs a conceptual E-R model,and establishes a relational data model according to the connection between knowledge entities,and determines the source of knowledge acquisition and the frame representation and relationship between knowledge entities.Combining the production expression with the expression method,the selection rules of the parameters in the knowledge are analyzed,and the instance and rule knowledge models are established,and the process knowledge base is established.Then,combined with the content of professional process design,a set of grinding process analysis process is researched and designed.Based on the division of the die surface area based on Gaussian curvature and principal curvature,the tool selection mechanism based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation is based on instance matching.And the regular process parameter reasoning mechanism,to provide process parameter combination reasoning for the mold to be processed.Finally,an intelligent grinding process knowledge analysis system for automotive stamping dies is developed,which realizes main functions such as process analysis and information query,and auxiliary functions such as user management and serial data communication.The feasibility and applicability of the system are proved through case demonstrations.
