Automotive electronic and electrical architecture is the integration of platform sensors,central processors,electronic and electrical distribution system,software,hardware specific programs.The design of electronic and electrical architecture is an important part of the vehicle R & D process.The top-level architecture design fundamentally determines the degree of intelligence of the platform.Excellent electronic and electrical architecture and communication logic design can well plan the function distribution of the platform and effectively improve the operation efficiency of the platform.As the development trend of the future electronic and electrical system of automobiles,the integrated domain controller architecture can meet the functional requirements of automobiles with less hardware.This paper focuses on the architecture design of intelligent electric platform based on domain controller principle.The architecture based on domain controller integrates decentralized sub-functions into smaller functional nodes with more comprehensive functions,and then integrates decentralized functional nodes into central computing units with stronger computing and communication capabilities according to corresponding functional divisions.In this paper,four communication architectures for signal-oriented and service-oriented are studied,and an intelligent electric simulation platform for signal-oriented and service-oriented is established.The principle of platform function implementation is studied.The communication logic of platform functional nodes is designed,and relevant tests are carried out.The influence of different communication architectures on the communication of functional nodes is analyzed.The main work of this paper is as follows :Based on the architecture principle of domain controller,the architecture of the intelligent platform is designed.Starting from the functional development requirements,the functional requirements of the platform should be integrated are determined and the relevant functional principles are analyzed.The specific functional allocation scheme of the platform is determined,and the functional node scheme of perception,positioning,planning,decision-making and execution is determined.The simulation model and simulation environment are established,and the function realization of the platform is realized by obtaining the open source function program.According to the working principle of the distributed architecture,the communication logic between the functional nodes of the platform is designed.Based on the communication mechanism of publication and subscription,a signal-oriented distributed architecture platform is built to obtain the communication delay,bandwidth ratio and computing power consumption ratio of each functional node of the platform under different frequency test data.In view of the problem that the communication delay of the distributed architecture is too large under the test condition of large data flux,the centralized architecture scheme based on domain controller is adopted to design the communication logic between the functional nodes of the platform,and the signal-oriented domain centralized architecture platform is built.The test is carried out to obtain the running state characterization data of the platform nodes under different data fluxes.The signal-oriented domain centralized architecture can integrate the task calculation requirements of each functional node,effectively reduce the communication delay of the platform and improve the communication efficiency without occupying more computing resources.Based on the service-oriented communication theory mechanism,the service requirement analysis,service division and service function allocation of the signal-oriented distributed and domain-centralized architecture are carried out to build a service-oriented architecture platform.The test results show that the service-oriented communication architecture can effectively reduce system delay and improve communication efficiency under specific data flux.
