With the gradual application of intelligent network technology in automobiles,the ever-increasing electrical function configuration requirements make the automotive electronic and electrical architecture more complex.The traditional electrical function design method is that each system develops its own controller.Lack of overall planning for the electronic and electrical architecture of the vehicle,a large number of information interaction requirements not only overload the network architecture,affecting the real-time information,but also difficult to adapt to the rapid iterative upgrade of project models,and the development efficiency is low.Therefore,establishing a systematic,top-down electronic and electrical architecture design process,clearly defining the distribution of electrical functions,is of great significance for the rapid development and upgrading of the electrical configuration of future models of car companies and adapting to market response needs.This paper studies the development process of electronic and electrical architecture based on a pure electric project.Mainly include the following:First of all,combined with the problems and needs faced by the electronic and electrical architecture development of car companies,drawing on the electronic and electrical architecture development methods of advanced car companies and suppliers,the V-shaped development process of the electronic and electrical architecture is proposed,and the list of functional development content and functional architecture goals are summarized.,functional logic definition and other core technology development points of electronic and electrical architecture.Secondly,through the analysis and test of the electrical parameters and functional logic of the standard car,the electronic and electrical architecture scheme and performance indicators of the standard car are sorted out.Combined with the market positioning requirements of the OEM for the project model,the electrical performance of each controller participating in the communication is analyzed.The technical feasibility of parameters is evaluated,and the electrical function configuration table that conforms to the market and technical positioning is determined.Thirdly,carry out research on the technical solutions of functional architecture,network architecture and physical architecture,evaluate and optimize the network load rate and message routing method by building a CANoe network simulation model,determine the network topology and vehicle communication matrix,and release it to the supplier.Software development work.Finally,comb the high-voltage architecture topology and high-voltage safety design principles,compare the cost,quality,and performance differences of the integrated high-voltage architecture and the decentralized high-voltage architecture solution,and comprehensively balance the optimization of the high-voltage architecture to achieve a high degree of integration of high-voltage components,space layout and cost.optimization.In summary,through the research and application of the top-down V-shaped design method of electronic and electrical architecture,it can not only help enterprises to form an electronic and electrical architecture development team and accumulate development experience,but also shorten the project by improving the development efficiency of electronic and electrical architecture.The development cycle optimizes the input of human resources,plays a role in cost control,and has a certain advanced nature.
