The shear wall structure is the major structural system of high-rise building,it has the ability to withstand large vertical and horizontal force, and it's lateral stiffness is large, so it can be used to built higher building than Frame structure, for the construction of the small room of the building, such as residential, hotels,, bachelor quarters and so on, it's widely used in the modern high-rise buildings, especially in residential buildings, so the research of high-rise shear wall structure and mechanical properties of optimization design has a certain practical significance.In the second chapter of this paper, combined with practical engineering, the design and analysis method of high-rise shear wall structure is introduced.The paper begins with the knowing building plan, then the section estimates, loads, structural arrangement, calculation, the check and adjustment. Under frequent seismic analysis of elastic structures using SATWE software to calculate the cycle ratio, stiffness to weight ratio and shear weight ratio, interlayer displacement angle, lateral stiffness ratio, shear stress ratio, displacement than the seven indicators of the model and then using YJK software to calculate to compare, so,we can judge and analyze the rationalisation of the model. At the same time, the structure of the process structure design is introduced.In the third chapter, selecting the three factors which affect the structure overall index and economic index, namely shear wall thickness, the grade of concrete, the hole rate, to establish 27 contrast model to calculate and analyze quantitatively, then sum up the optimization ideas and principles which can be used in the ordinary high-rise shear wall structure of low intensity area.In the fourth chapter, combined with optimization idea and principles presented in the third chapter, the optimization design scheme is proposed for the original design scheme, at the same time the optimal reason are given. Then through analyzing and calculating, we compare the overall index and the economic index of optimized model and unoptimized model to illustrate the rationality of the structure of the program.
