The Research On Renewal Design Of Xiwenmiaoping Historic District Under The Background Of Cultural And Tourism Integration

In recent years,with the development of urbanization,the streets and buildings in historical blocks have been gradually forgotten by people,and the historical culture and humanistic atmosphere of the old city has gradually been lost.The renewal of old city has become a hot research topic.The development of cultural and tourism integration provides a new idea for the renewal of historic blocks,which aims at spreading the culture of the blocks,activating the historic blocks and reviving the culture of the blocks while developing tourism.In this paper,cultural and tourism fusion is taken as the background of historical district renewal.Through analyzing the theory of cultural and tourism fusion,discriminating tourism IP and other related concepts,the renewal process of historical district is summarized,and the design strategy of cultural and tourism fusion that can be applied to the renewal of historical district is summarized.Taking Xiwenmiaoping block as the research object,this paper investigates the material and cultural elements of the block by visiting and consulting materials,summarizes the current problems of Xiwenmiaoping block,and puts forward the guidance strategy of cultural and tourism integration to deal with the problems,and finally guides the renewal design of Xiwenmiaoping block.The thesis is divided into five chapters.In chapter one,questions are raised according to the development status of cultural and tourism integration and historic district renewal,and specific research directions are determined based on the problems existing in relevant research institutes at home and abroad.The second chapter analyzes the renewal concept of historic districts and the theory of cultural and tourism integration to guide the formulation of subsequent renewal strategies.In addition,through the study of space syntax theory,we can understand its application in the renewal of historic blocks,which is conducive to the later space analysis and research of Xiwenmiaoping historic blocks.The third chapter analyzes the material elements of xiwenmiaoping Block by collecting the materials of xiwenmiaoping Block,including the development process and current situation of buildings,streets and lanes,cultural elements,existing planning policies of the block,various cultural resources and industrial formats.On the basis of this,the paper points out the material and cultural problems of Xiwenmiaoping block.The fourth chapter,based on the research results of the first three chapters,puts forward the objectives and principles of historical district renewal,and explores the strategy of cultural and tourism integration from the four aspects of street space,architectural space,block format and renewal mode,supplemented by cases.In chapter five,according to the strategy of cultural and tourism integration proposed in Chapter four,the design framework for implementing cultural and tourism integration is summarized,which is divided into the overall block planning framework and specific route design path,and applied to the renewal design of Xiwenmiaoping Block.This study hopes to summarize the concept of cultural and tourism integration into a concrete design method that can be used for reference and practice,and provide a new development perspective for the renewal of historical districts.
