| With the continuous growth of urban population and the continuous improvement of industrialization,China’s urbanization process is also steadily advancing.In order to comprehensively promote the balanced development of urbanization road construction in China,urban planning needs to be further followed up,and the optimization of municipal roads has become extremely urgent.The renovation of municipal roads belongs to linear engineering,with the characteristics of long working surface and wide coverage.Therefore,when dealing with roadbed treatment,it is necessary to fully consider the impact on the natural environment,people’s livelihood environment,structures,pipelines,etc.along the line.Cement soil mixing pile,as an important soft foundation treatment process,has the characteristics of low soil disturbance,fast construction speed,and low construction noise,which to some extent reduces the impact of construction on the surrounding environment.Therefore,it is increasingly widely used in municipal road engineering;Moreover,the construction cost of cement soil mixing pile involves a large economic volume and high construction cost.Based on this,this article conducts a study on the cost and progress correction of cement soil mixing pile construction in S municipal road engineering.The thesis summarizes and organizes the research theories,methods,and achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on cement soil mixing pile construction,municipal road engineering,and cost management,and selects earned value method and analytic hierarchy process as the research tools for cost management;Then,taking the cement soil mixing pile construction of S municipal road project in Nanchang City as an example,combined with the project overview and project management data,the earned value method is introduced to conduct dynamic analysis on the progress and cost of each cycle of the project,calculate the deviation value,find out the reasons for the deviation,sort out all the influencing factors affecting the project progress and cost,and use the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the impact of each factor on the cost and progress,and find out the main factors,Propose corresponding corrective measures;Finally,implement corresponding measures to verify the accuracy of research results and summarize project management experience.By combining the Earned Value Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process,and integrating the research characteristics of the two,dynamic adjustment in project management is achieved,making the conclusions more authentic and reliable.This not only enriches the application research of cost management in the field of cement soil mixing pile construction,but also provides effective reference basis for the construction management of similar projects in the later stage. |
