With the increasing application of building information modeling(BIM)and geographic information system(GIS)technology in engineering,the intelligent construction concept with BIM and GIS technology as the core has received more and more attention in tunnel engineering construction.In this paper,the application of intelligent construction based on BIM+GIS is carried out in the background of a special highway tunnel.Visualize the lithology distribution of stratigraphic formations along the tunnel in 3D visualization with the help of tunnel site geological information model(G IS);Create tunnel BIM to express and present tunnel structure structure,and carry out research and application of virtual construction and progress management,collision inspection and file management based on tunnel BIM;Construct a tunnel intelligent mechanization construction scenario,driven by BIM+GIS data,supported by platforms and technologies such as collaborative management,data processing and sharing,surrounding rock parameter identification,and three-dimensional spatial measurement and positioning,to achieve the intelligent mechanized construction operation process of long tunnels;Taking the practical application of intelligent construction equipment such as bim+GIS all-computer three-arm rock drilling trolley and mobile concrete wet spraying robot trolley in blasting drilling,curtain grouting,initial support shotcrete and other processes as an example,the comprehensive benefits of intelligent construction methods of long tunnels are analyzed and summarized;The finite element method is used to analyze and verify the construction schemes such as advanced curtain grouting,which provides scientific support for the relevant construction schemes.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)In view of the complex geological and hydrological conditions along the long tunnel project,the many risks and challenges,and the arduous task of construction organization,which this paper relies on,it is urgent to improve the level of intelligent construction informatization,this paper summarizes the characteristics and application research focus of intelligent construction of tunnel engineering on the basis of studying the relevant literature of BIM,GIS and intelligent construction of tunnel engineering at home and abroad.Put forward research ideas and technical implementation paths.(2)For the application of geological data relying on engineering,a geological information model(GIS)of tunnel site area is established by various methods and comparative analysis is carried out,and the lithology distribution of stratigraphic formations along the tunnel is exposed in a three-dimensional visual way,providing more comprehensive engineering geological information for the demonstration of related technical solutions.(3)According to the construction method and the work breakdown structure(WBS),the tunnel BIM is established and the construction technical document management platform is developed,based on BIM + GIS information Carry out research and applications such as virtual construction and progress management,collision inspection and file management,realize the three-dimensional digital expression of tunnel structure construction characteristics and technical communication,optimize design and construction organization,facilitate the communication of various professional management personnel and improve the efficiency of construction management,and use BIM navigation,link external databases,models-The mutual document check method optimizes the construction file management and reduces the workload.(4)To improve the mechanization,automation and intelligence level of relying on engineering construction,we will carry out the intelligent construction and application of long tunnels with the goal of improving the level of construction.Based on 5G,big data,mobile Internet,navigation and positioning and other technologies,an intelligent mechanized construction scene was built in the T J2 lot;Driven by BIM+GIS data,supported by platforms and technologies such as collaborative management,data processing and sharing,surrounding rock parameter identification,and three-dimensional spatial measurement and positioning,the intelligent mechanized construction operation process of the long tunnel is realized and the intelligent mechanized construction application is carried out.The actual application effect shows that in the intelligent mechanization construction scenario,the BIM+GIS model and its in-depth design data are crucial for the role and efficiency of intelligent mechanical equipment such as all-computer three-arm rock drilling trolleys and mobile concrete wet spraying robot trolleys,especially in the process of timely application of anchor rods,advanced horizontal drilling and advanced curtain grouting and water stopping operations in complex geological and hydrological environments.Reasonable equipment support and construction organization design can achieve fast,safe and high quality construction.The numerical simulation analysis of the finite element method of tunnel engineering for the advanced curtain grouting section shows that the advanced curtain grouting effectively constrains the deformation of the surrounding rock,improves the self-stabilization performance of the surrounding rock,and makes the deformation trend of the rock around the cave consistent and stable,thus verifying the feasibility of the grouting reinforcement scheme and ensuring the safe passage of the intelligent mechanization of the tunnel.Provide more scientific support for the intelligent construction application of this paper.The analysis shows that the intelligent mechanized construction of this project based on BIM+GIS will cause a certain degree of increase in the direct construction cost of the tunnel,but the benefits in terms of the progress,safety,quality,working hours and energy consumption of the long tunnel project are obvious,and the comprehensive application benefits are good. |
