Through complete absorption,infiltration and slow release of rainwater of green lands,squares and roads,the Sponge city can achieve natural accumulation,infiltration and purification,while emphasizing the urban construction ideas and scientific management of flood issues of respecting nature,conforming to nature and protecting nature.It’s a reconsideration and action towards the current rigid urban construction and weak rain flood management.Sponge city not only promote the active transformation of urban governance,but also effectively advocate and practice ecological civilization ideas in urban construction.Therefore,research on Sponge city has an important theoretical and practical significance.Nanchang is the second batch of our country’s example cities of Sponge city construction.With Sponge infrastructure construction of park green lands,municipal roads,residence and communities,adoption to new technologies and new standard to promote city’s ecological environment and reservation capability of underlying surface,the Nanchang high-tech zone has accumulated considerably valuable experience in the local practice of Sponge city construction,which promotes the actual popularization and application of advanced rain flood management theories.Restrained by deficiencies of self-conditions and external technologies and management,construction of Sponge city in Nanchang high-tech zone still exists insufficiency.Hence,practice research to Sponge city construction in Nanchang high-tech zone is typical.The main research contents and conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Through the literature research and cross-discipline research,the theoretical research and technical practice of Sponge city from mainland and abroad are reviewed,and the basic principles and disciplinary connotations are arranged.Finally,it is pointed out that Sponge city is the necessary measures of current urban construction conditions to promote water security safeguard,improvement of water environment and water ecology restoration and clarifying the research direction of this dissertation.(2)With Sponge city practice of Nanchang high-tech zone as research subject,this thesis has conducted empirical evidence research through survey on real examples and comparison analysis,combined with actual participated arrangement design of sponge infrastructures of park green lands,municipal roads,residences and communities as well as practical cases.From the functional perspective of rain flood reservation adjustment,purification of water quality and ecological restoration,this thesis has stated briefly that achievements and deficiencies coexist in the Sponge city construction of Nanchang high-tech zone,and further identified the restriction of Sponge city construction itself and object restrictions,analyzing on influential mechanism aspects of arrangement,design,technology,management and system.(3)Through methods of comprehensive cross-disciplinary research and case analysis,this thesis proposes a systematic design strategy of sponge park green lands,municipal roads,residences and communities,and provides optimization advice to perfect Sponge city construction and improve ecological functions from aspects of arrangement design,technology,management and system.This thesis explores the current function situations of Sponge city in local implementation through practice and strategy research to Sponge city construction of Sponge city in Nanchang high-tech zone,analyzes the restriction factors and their influential mechanism and further proposes feasible,indicative and adjustable strategy advice,aiming to stimulate the integration of Sponge city construction and designing of landscape grove,which is an inspiration and reference to the local operation of Sponge city construction.
