Research On The Design Of Nursing And Rehabilitation Space Of Medical Confinement Center

With the improvement of the social and economic level and the awareness of the health of women and children among the masses,as well as the impact of changes in fertility policies,the society has produced diversified and multi-level demand for maternal and childbirth services,and paid more attention to the concept of perinatal health care of "combining medical and nursing care".However,in China,prenatal and intrapartum maternal and infant health care is usually a medical service under the guidance of professional doctors,while postpartum maternal and child health care is not included in the scope of medical services.This period is the stage when the mother is the weakest and the newborn needs the most important care,and it is more necessary to combine professional medical resources with maternal and child care and rehabilitation projects.Therefore,the medical confinement center attached to the hospital has gained its own advantages in the market and has developed rapidly.The construction of the confinement center in the field of domestic architecture has basically not yet formed a systematic design theory,and the practical methods that can be used as a reference for designers in the construction practice of the medical confinement center are not perfect enough.The problems in the use of medical confinement centers in China are roughly manifested as: inconvenient docking with medical resources,different standards for setting maternal and infant care and rehabilitation services,and incomplete allocation of nursing and rehabilitation space.The fundamental reason is that it is not based on medical standards,starting from the spatial needs and behavior patterns of various groups of people to design continuous services and appropriate physical spaces.Therefore,based on the perspective of combining postpartum health care and rehabilitation nursing,this paper takes the medical confinement center attached to the hospital as the research object,selects the medical confinement center in Guangzhou as the main research object,and conducts the current situation investigation of the case,analyzes and summarizes the design of the medical confinement center attached to the hospital in terms of construction form,location selection,external streamline organization and internal function configuration,and the current situation of the use of maternal and infant care and rehabilitation space,and then puts forward reasonable design guidance;Proceeding from the behavioral research,the behavior patterns and functional needs of the main users such as mothers,infants,accompanying personnel,and medical staff are sorted out in the care of the entire puerperium.Then,in the design level of maternal and infant care and rehabilitation space of the medical confinement center,in view of the problem summary,specific spatial design guidance of the medical confinement center is proposed,including four aspects: pre-planning,overall planning layout,architectural space design and indoor humanized design.In addition,it deeply studies the internal functional partitioning and layout mode of maternal and infant care and rehabilitation space,the configuration and layout of functional rooms,the optimization design of key spaces,and the humanized improvement of indoor and outdoor environments,etc.,to provide reference value and adjustment guidance for the space construction and development of the confinement center.
