Research On The Renewal Design Of Old Blocks Based On The Construction Of Street Cultural Atmosphere

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of urbanization,urban function,population and area have all had different degrees of large-scale expansion,often in the process of intensive,low cost and high efficiency as the guiding ideology to carry out urban construction,although solved the problems of urban population capacity and function expansion,but ignored the protection of the humanistic spirit.Lack of humanistic care for the daily life of city residents.Some aborigines in the old city moved out passively,and their living environment and production and lifestyle changed,which impacted the city’s inherited street culture formed in the long history,weakened the group value identity,and gradually lost the sense of security and belonging.Meanwhile,the new residents also faced the same problem in the new environment.The old block is an important unit of the city and a public space for residents to survive.Its fundamental attribute is daily life,and it is the place where the cultural atmosphere of the city takes place.Under the above background,the research topic of this paper is how to deal with the relationship between the development of The Times and the inheritance and protection of city culture in the process of urban old block renewal,avoid the single direction of urban renewal,embody the humanistic care,create the cultural atmosphere of city while the spatial reconstruction,and reshape the humanistic social relations while organically updating the old block.This paper first introduces the research background,domestic and foreign research progress,related concepts,current problems,research objects,content,significance and methods.Secondly,based on relevant theoretical research,it proposes the foundation for the formation of the city culture atmosphere with "resident citizens as the main body,daily life as the content,and behavior places as the carrier".It summarizes the four characteristics of behavior place,namely natural growth,life vitality,sustainable development and embodiment in the place,and analyzes the function of creating street culture atmosphere in the renewal of old city blocks at present.Then,by comparing with the excellent cases of block renewal at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the various considerations of the old block in the process of renewal for the street cultural places,and puts forward the current strategies for the construction of the street cultural atmosphere in the renewal of the old city block,namely: strengthening the main body of residence,the construction of daily life,the construction of behavior places and the promotion of organic renewal.Next,with the help of the design practice of updating the old block of Xiaotang in the section of Seafood Square,starting from the current environment of the old street of Xiaotang,combined with the future renewal planning of Xiaotang and the change of population structure,a series of related research and analysis are carried out to discuss how to create the cultural atmosphere of the street in the section of Seafood Square and carry out organic renewal in the old block of Xiaotang.Finally,it puts forward the target positioning and design strategy of Xiaotang old street cultural atmosphere camp,and carries out the updated design of Xiaotang old street from the aspects of strengthening the main body design,daily life design,behavior place design,etc.,to verify the above research conclusions.
