| Urban development is at an important stage from incremental development to stock renewal,and human-oriented,progressive,sustainable and active renewal orientation has become the mainstream value of urban planning.As the living environment has become an important issue in the sustainable development of cities,the path of urban planning has shifted from the construction of grand narrative strategic development system to the construction of daily living places of civilian scenes.With the implementation of xi ’an’s cultural strategy and the rise of "web celebrity city",shuncheng lane,as a space carrier with great commercial value,has met its development opportunity.In the large-scale renovation and construction of the Ming city,the pursuit of high-end and gentrified urban environmental space has become more and more prominent in the north,south and east third section of shuncheng lane.This kind of alienation of daily public space with foreign tourists as the main service objects promotes the local residents in the shuncheng Lane section to be gradually expelled and lose the power and channels of building living space.As the generator of daily life,the west section of Shuncheng Lane is already faced with the dual dilemma of insufficient development power and tourism consumption culture shock.How to respect its ontological characteristics and put forward the street renewal strategy system from the perspective of daily life has become the core purpose of this paper.The paper consists of four parts:The first part is the theoretical research part.Starting from the systematic cognition of the theories related to daily life,it elaborates the value transformation of the theory,and interprets its types,characteristics and values,grasping the trend of the transformation of daily life style,and sorting out its contemporary connotation.On this basis,the paper analyzes the practical problems of daily life and urban development,and studies the development direction of street space in the historical environment under this background.The second part is an overview of the main body of the study.First,the development,evolution and renewal process of Shuncheng Lane are sorted out.Then,the west section of Shuncheng Lane is selected as the object of study to conduct a comprehensive survey and analysis of this area,including material space and social activities At the same time,the study of street feature extraction in the west section of Shuncheng Lane lays a foundation for the classification of daily living streets.The third part is the core part of the paper.According to the characteristics of daily life,the streets in the west section of Shuncheng Lane are divided into three types: public communication type,production and consumption type,and residential and life-type daily space for specific analysis and investigation of daily life,material space,and social culture.To sum up all aspects of daily activities and the internal relations and practical problems of public space.The fourth part is the strategy proposal part.First,the value base point,the value subject and the renewal principle of the street in the west section of Shuncheng Lane are reconstructed from the perspective of daily life,and then the goal and implementation path of the renewal are defined.Then,the paper puts forward the overall renewal strategy of the street in the west section of Shuncheng Lane from four aspects: function compound,place opening,culture recovery and public participation.Finally,according to the unique problems of public interaction,production and consumption,and living daily space,targeted strategies are put forward.In general,the core of the article is to accurately measure the common problems of streets and the characteristics of different types of daily Spaces on the basis of facing up to the value of daily life.By collecting the material and spatial data of Shuncheng Lane and recording the daily activity patterns of the site,it makes a modest contribution to the street renewal in the west section of Shuncheng Lane. |
