| With the increasing number and kinds of electrical appliances that people are exposed to,the safety problems of electricity and power waste become more serious,the former endangers people’s life safety,the latter causes a large amount of property losses,which is unfavorable to the implementation of policies of energy saving and emission reduction in our country.The current power monitoring system can realize the basic functions of automatic power outage protection,electricity information collection and transmission,but it has the problem that the convenience design of monitoring terminal and the reliability design of power control need to be improved.At the same time,there is a lack of effective model to mine the collected electricity data and realize the intelligent detection of energy waste behavior.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and implements the intelligent electrical energy monitoring system for buildings by combining the power monitoring technology,NBIo T(Narrow Band Internet of Things)wireless communication technology and cloud platform technology.The main work is as follows.(1)Design electricity monitoring terminal which is high reliability,convenient operation and domestic.The isolated electrical monitoring circuit is designed with the domestic energy metering chip as the core,and the two-channel control of the mains switch circuit is designed with the method of overcurrent detection and Microcontroller Unit(MCU)control,so as to achieve high reliability electricity information acquisition and control.Wireless communication of electricity data is realized through domestic NB-Io T module,and remote monitoring terminal status update method based on MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport)protocol is designed to improve the convenience of the system.(2)Design the cloud platform which is used for electricity management and control.The communication server was built to receive the wireless information of monitoring terminals,the data flow platform and database were designed to realize the processing and storage of electricity information,and the mobile APP was designed to realize the visual display of electricity information and the remote control of monitoring terminals.(3)Aiming at the problem of power waste detection,an abnormal detection algorithm of power consumption based on combination model is designed.The combination model is used to predict the power consumption,and the threshold is set by the double index method to judge whether the energy consumption data is abnormal,so that the anomaly detection algorithm is more accurate.After that,a variety of evaluation indexes were used to analyze and verify the abnormal detection results.(4)Integration test of the system.The test results show that the system scheme can effectively improve the energy utilization rate of buildings,prevent dangerous behavior of electricity consumption,and realize intelligent management of electricity consumption data.The system has the advantages of intelligence,low cost,high stability and suitable for different application scenarios. |
