Development And Application Of Cost Management System For Small Hydraulic Engineering In Liaoning Province

At present,China is in a stage of rapid development,the country is vigorously strengthening infrastructure construction.After upgrading water conservancy to the priority area of national infrastructure construction,small-scale water conservancy construction is regarded as an important task in infrastructure construction.The compilation of small-scale water project cost is very important for the early development and follow-up implementation of the project construction,and is the primary content of the small-scale water project construction.In order to alleviate the heavy labor intensity of cost personnel and improve the rapidity and efficiency of cost compilation,aiming at the problems existing in the current national small-scale water conservancy project cost management system,this paper makes a thorough understanding and Research on the selection method of budget quota for small-scale water conservancy projects in Liaoning Province.Based on the budget quota of small-scale water conservancy projects in Liaoning Province and combined with computer-aided software,an information management system for the cost of small-scale water conservancy projects in Liaoning Province is developed.Effectively reduce the compilation time of project cost.It is also of great practical significance to rationally determine and effectively control project investment,to strengthen the standardization and standardization of small-scale water conservancy projects,and to budget compilation and management of national small-scale water conservancy projects.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the development status and shortcomings of water project cost software in our country,and in view of the budget quota standard of small-scale water project in Liaoning Province,the principle of division of small-scale water project and the composition of related costs are analyzed.With the help of Visual Studio 2017 and SQL Server 2014 database and other assistant tools,learning and applying relevant theoretical knowledge,the complexity of cost budget of small-scale water conservancy projects in Liaoning Province is solved,and a cost management system suitable for small-scale water conservancy projects in Liaoning Province is developed.(2)The system uses the budget quota of small-scale water conservancy projects in Liaoning Province to solve the problem that the previous quota standard does not match the region.It is suitable for the pre-construction cost budget of small-scale water conservancy projects in Liaoning Province.In the aspect of data output,in order to facilitate the later data change,the system outputs the cost data into Excel format with formula links,which saves the time for users to process data twice and improves work efficiency.(3)The feasibility and practicability of the system are verified by taking the small-scale water conservancy project in Liaoning Province designed by the Institute of Soil and Water Engineering of Shenyang Agricultural University as an example.
