| In today’s world,the development of renewable energy is unstoppable.Governments and major economies around the world have successively proposed the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the green and low-carbon renewable energy has become the mainstream development direction of energy.Especially in China,the General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality which promote the rapid development of clean energy.In the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Renewable Energy issued by Yunnan Province,it is clearly proposed to realize the goal of increasing the installed capacity of new energy by 50 million kW in 3 years and strive to start construction of new energy projects by 20 million kW every year.Accelerate the development of new energy projects based on photovoltaic,improve the power supply capacity for effectively support the power supply of the whole province.To provide a solid energy security guarantee for the province’s economic and social high-quality development.Under this background and situation,I conduct risk management research on P photovoltaic 450MW power generation project of S Group.In this paper,combined with the risk management theory,risk separation and risk analysis are carried out in the whole process and stage of photovoltaic project from the early-stage preparation,construction period,grid-connection period to operation and maintenance period,the comprehensive risk evaluation is carried out by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the results,specific risk response suggestions are put forward.This paper mainly carries out the following work.First,risk identification based on expert investigation.Second,according to the results of risk identification,delimit the risk grade,establish the risk evaluation model by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and make a comprehensive evaluation of the risk.Third,verify the data of external authoritative risk assessment institutions.Finally,according to the results of risk rating,the specific opinions and suggestions are put forward with risk control theory.Solar energy is a kind of clean,safe,reliable and sustainable energy.One of the main ways to utilize solar energy is construction photovoltaic power stations,which is an effective measure to implement the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality and help Yunnan Province build itself into ’China’s Photovoltaic Capital’ and ’International and Regional Green Energy Hub’.The economic,social and ecological benefits of the photovoltaic power stations are good.However,the development,construction and operation of photovoltaic power stations will also have many risks.The research in this paper hopes to provide useful reference for photovoltaic power stations to avoid risks. |
