Distributed photovoltaic power generation is a renewable power generation techn ology,which is the main form of utilizing solar power generation.Its operating mode and investment returns have received widespread attention from all sectors of society.Compared to large-scale centralized photovoltaic power plants,distributed photovolta ic power generation projects have advantages such as low investment cost,high powe r generation efficiency,and strong technical feasibility.At the same time,they are also influenced by multiple preferential policies of the country and various regions,makin g them better promoted and applied in the development of power generation projects.However,the technical requirements for distributed photovoltaic power generation pr ojects are high,and the fund recovery period is also long,which means that the projec t risks are high.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the management o f investment risks in distributed photovoltaic power generation projects.Firstly,this article systematically reviews the research results on investment risk management of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects at home and abroa d,and uses literature research methods to preliminarily identify investment risk factor s for distributed photovoltaic power generation projects.By using expert interviews a nd consultations,a total of 31 investment risk factors for distributed photovoltaic pow er generation projects in 7 aspects,including policy,funding,management,technolog y,natural environment,cost,and operation and maintenance,were determined,A list of investment risk factors for distributed photovoltaic power generation projects has b een constructed.Secondly,a risk assessment index system for distributed photovoltaic power generation project investment was established,and the weight values of risk in dicators at all levels were calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).A risk a ssessment model for distributed photovoltaic power generation project investment wa s constructed using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,for a 4.5MW dis tributed photovoltaic power generation project of a certain support equipment limited company in Ningxia,a fuzzy judgment matrix of investment risks at various levels wa s obtained through questionnaire survey method,and the investment risk level of the d istributed photovoltaic power generation project was calculated.Risk control measure s were proposed to avoid and transfer risks based on the risk factors with higher evalu ation results,in order to prevent risks.The index system and evaluation model for investment risk assessment of distrib uted photovoltaic power generation projects constructed in this article further enrich a nd improve the theory of investment risk management of distributed photovoltaic pow er generation projects,and promote the application and development of investment ris k assessment theory in the field of distributed photovoltaic power generation.At the s ame time,the evaluation results and specific risk response measures proposed for the i nvestment risk of a 4.5MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project of a cert ain support equipment limited company in Ningxia can provide reference and referenc e for the investment risk management of similar distributed photovoltaic power gener ation projects in the future.
