| The architectural design enterprise is an intelligent and intensive enterprise that provides architectural design solutions to governments at all levels,real estate developers and other customers.The design results have high scientific and technological content.Therefore,the entry threshold for architectural design enterprises is also high,and the requirements for technical talents are also high.Technical talents are the most important and core resources and property of architectural design enterprises.The competition between architectural design enterprises has evolved into the competition for technical talents.The sustainable development of architectural design enterprises depends on a stable team of technical talents.How to effectively prevent the loss of technical talents has become an urgent issue and task for managers of architectural design enterprises.This paper systematically reviews relevant research on brain drain,integrates domestic and foreign research,and focuses on the analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of brain drain,laying a foundation for the study of technical brain drain of Y Design Institute.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the drain of technical talents in Y Design Institute,and concludes the consequences of the drain of technical talents on enterprises.According to the theoretical research,combined with the actual situation of the technical talent drain enterprises in Y Design Institute,the questionnaire was designed and distributed,and the results of the questionnaire were empirically analyzed by using spss 22.0 software.The reliability and validity test,factor analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis of the questionnaire were mainly carried out.It was concluded that the influencing factors of the technical talent drain in Y Design Institute were salary and welfare,personal career development,others’ recognition,leadership style,and performance equity Teamwork.In view of the six factors tendentious the loss of technical talents in Y Design Institute,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures,namely,improving the talent incentive and guarantee mechanism,improving the professional and technical talent training and development mechanism,people-oriented optimization of the talent environment,improving the leadership of managers,building a fair performance management system,and improving team cohesion.It provides theoretical reference and practical help for Y Design Institute and other architectural design enterprises to effectively prevent the loss of technical talents. |
