The railway transportation industry is an important component of the development of the national economy.It is a labor-intensive industry with its main characteristics.The human resource structure is mainly composed of general workers,and the demand for talent is limited to a certain extent.However,in the overall environment and trend of market economy development,the phenomenon of unreasonable talent flow is becoming increasingly severe,and the phenomenon of talent loss is showing increasing destructive power in the railway transportation industry,posing a certain degree of challenge to the overall industry.As a medium to large-scale enterprise in the railway transportation industry,CWXC Company still faces a series of problems that need to be reformed,such as incomplete salary and benefits structure,lack of fairness in performance evaluation,insufficient general training,and lack of promotion opportunities.These issues have to some extent led to the loss of talent in CWXC Company,which has had a negative impact on the company’s sustained production,operation,and long-term development.After summarizing a large number of theoretical foundations on talent loss both domestically and internationally,this study takes CWXC Company as the research object,fully investigates the current situation of talent loss in CWXC Company,and analyzes the impact of talent loss on its operation and management.Secondly,telephone interviews were used to explore the main reasons why departing management talents choose to voluntarily resign.A survey questionnaire was used to investigate the main factors that in-service management talents may choose to resign.Based on the results of comprehensive telephone interviews and survey questionnaires,an in-depth analysis is conducted from five aspects:salary and benefits,performance evaluation,general training,promotion opportunities,and family responsibilities.Based on the above research,the article proposes specific measures to prevent talent loss,constructs multi-level operational mechanisms for salary and welfare issues,constructs more scientific operational mechanisms for performance evaluation issues,innovates more effective methods and methods for general training issues,formulates talent development strategies for promotion opportunities,and establishes a sound corporate culture that adapts to the development of the times for family responsibility issues.With the help of this research result,on the one hand,it can promote the level of talent management of CWXC Company,and on the other hand,it can also provide some reference for talent management and development of railway transportation industry.
