| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the domestic construction market is booming.In a large state-owned construction enterprise,the company’s annual contract amount and construction output value are not bad,ranking at the forefront of the industry,and belongs to the "iron rice bowl" in the eyes of people.However,during these years of work,we have been constantly seeing the severe problem of brain drain in enterprises.Not only new college students after graduation,but also middle-level managers who have many years of work experience and are the mainstay of the front-line project department have left.This phenomenon makes me very puzzled.Why do these people even give up their "iron rice bowl" in the eyes of many people and look for another place? The history of state-owned enterprises has a long history.Since the founding of China,state-owned enterprises have always occupied the dominant position in Chinese society,which is the key to achieve the great goal of socialism.State owned construction enterprises shoulder the important mission of the great Chinese dream of national rejuvenation,and are the main force and practitioners of national development and construction,including urban construction,transportation development and basic people’s livelihood Students and other aspects are inseparable from the state-owned construction enterprises,why there is a serious phenomenon of brain drain? It not only reduces the labor productivity of construction enterprises,but also seriously affects the development of construction enterprises and their status in the construction industry.Therefore,in view of this confusion,I carry out in-depth research,and take this as the topic,as the research content of my graduate thesis,hope to study the problem of employee turnover in construction enterprises,combined with the theory of brain drain and human resources,find out the corresponding solutions,and help enterprises retain talents to achieve steady development.Starting from the current situation of human resources in construction enterprises,this paper analyzes the talent flow of China Railway x engineering company,combined with literature review,theoretical research,questionnaire and empirical analysis,which constitutes the research content of this paper.According to this main line,this paper also studies the following problems: enterprise talent incentive,training and salary management,and finally proposes to build a management system of brain drain in construction industry.Through the research and analysis of the brain drain of China Railway x engineering company,it not only solves the loopholes of the company’s human resource management,but also further enhances the market competitive advantage of China Railway x engineering company,and provides reference for other construction enterprises. |
