| High-quality development is the development theme of today’s time.The construction of digital transportation and the realization of a strong transportation country require high-quality traffic safety management.Traffic control has a fundamental role in traffic safety management.Traffic control facilities are the means of traffic control,and the good condition of traffic control facilities is the prerequisite for giving full play to the role of traffic control,so traffic control facilities need scientific management.But at present,due to the lack of systematic basic information of traffic control facilities,it is difficult to support the refined management and operation and maintenance of traffic control facilities,which not only affects the role of traffic control,but also increases the social cost of road traffic safety management.Therefore,how to scientifically refine the management of traffic control facilities has become an important research topic in the field of traffic safety management,as well as the needs of public security field units.This paper is based on the current needs of public security traffic management in practice,facing the future development trend of digital traffic,guided by system theory,based on the concept of standardization and system design methods,for traffic control facilities more concentrated intersections for traffic control archiving research.The main contents of the paper are:First of all,the intersection traffic control archiving needs are investigated and analyzed:based on the research of public security traffic management field units,the problems faced in the field and their needs for traffic control archives are analyzed,and the specific needs of the field units for archives are summarized and clarified.At the same time,based on the literature research,the intersection traffic control archiving is the basic work of traffic control facilities digitization,which further explains the necessity of the thesis research work and makes the thesis research content more focused.Secondly,based on the concept of standardization and system design method,the framework structure of intersection traffic control archives is designed: based on field research and relevant standards,the thesis models intersections and determines the intersection archiving model;for the intersection archiving model,the contents of the archives are modularized,divided into 3 primary sub-modules,9 secondary sub-modules and 21 tertiary submodules,and then the framework structure of the archives is obtained.The framework structure of the archives was obtained.Then,based on the relevant standards and specifications and combined with the actual research,the elements of the intersection traffic control file are analyzed and determined,and the contents of the 21 tertiary sub-modules are explained.Finally,the paper designs and implements a visualization management system for intersection traffic control files using the established intersection traffic control files as the kernel,the B/S architecture and the popular VUE framework,Spring Boot framework and other development technologies,and the Java language to write the code for the implementation of the system functional modules.This paper is oriented to serve the real world,and the research results can directly serve the grassroots public security work.The established intersection traffic control files not only facilitate the operation and maintenance of traffic control facilities by real-world units,but also serve as the foundation for the digitization of traffic control facilities.The paper’s research serves the construction of public security fieldwork and the digitization of traffic control facilities. |
