Research On The Related Settings Of Traffic Control Facilities At Intersections

Nowadays,information technology is changing with each passing day,and intelligent transportation technology is developing rapidly.However,technology enabling road traffic safety management first requires the scientificity and rationality of road transport infrastructure.Traffic control facilities are a means of achieving traffic control and organization,and the intention of traffic control is achieved by setting traffic signs,markings,and signal lights.Therefore,the setting of traffic control facilities needs to be considered as a whole and the correlation between them in specific scenarios should be clear.However,currently in terms of setting up traffic control facilities,there are relatively systematic regulations for each type of traffic control facility in relevant standards and specifications in China.However,the regulations for the supporting settings between them are relatively principled,lacking specific scene regulations,which brings inconvenience to the setting up of traffic control facilities in practical work.On the basis of sorting out existing standards and specifications,combined with the practical needs of public security,this article studies the related settings of traffic control facilities based on the concept of integrated settings and guided by system theory.The main content of the paper includes:Firstly,a survey was conducted on the setting of traffic control facilities at intersections.Based on the research conducted by actual combat units,the problems and needs of setting up traffic control facilities in actual combat were elaborated;Based on the investigation of the actual road network,some problems in the current setting of traffic control facilities were elaborated;Summarized and reflected on the issues found in the investigation and research.It is believed that the setting of traffic control facilities requires overall consideration and a clear understanding of their correlation in specific scenarios to avoid inconsistent information.Secondly,a review was conducted on the relevant standards and specifications for the setting of traffic control facilities at intersections in China.It is believed that the national standards have relatively specific provisions for the setting of traffic signs,traffic markings,and traffic signals respectively,but there are few specific provisions for the setting of their associations,lacking specific provisions for the setting of associations in specific scenarios;It is believed that the setting of traffic control facilities should be in accordance with standard specifications,and the related setting of traffic control facilities should be carried out to promote the refinement and humanization of traffic control facility settings.Then,the correlation settings of traffic control facilities at intersections were analyzed;Through investigation and research,an intersection analysis model with comprehensive types of traffic control facilities and concentrated issues related to traffic control facilities has been analyzed and modeled;Then,based on the intersection analysis model,a system modularization method was used to analyze the correlation between the traffic control at the intersection and the traffic control facilities in the organizational form,and a graph of the correlation settings of the traffic control facilities was provided.Subsequently,the correlation between traffic control facility settings was further quantified: the expert consultation method was used to quantitatively assign the principles of traffic control facility settings;The combination weighting method is used to determine the correlation degree between the elements within the same module.Finally,a correlation setting model for intersection traffic control facilities based on analytical models was established.Finally,an actual case was used to illustrate the application process of the established model.The application process indicates that with a quantified traffic control facility setting model,it is more convenient to set up traffic control facilities at intersections and serve public security in practical situations.This article is guided by the practical application of public security,and based on the standardization and standardization of traffic control facility settings,studies the issue of intersection traffic control facility related settings,in order to serve the order,safety,and smoothness of road traffic.
