With the development of the engineering construction industry,competition among construction enterprises has intensified,and large enterprises have gradually squeezed the survival market of small enterprises,resulting in a decline in the net profit margin of construction enterprises.Construction enterprises involve many enterprises,long construction period,huge investment amount,and many uncertain factors.In order to effectively utilize external resources,highlight their own competitive advantages,and build their own core competitiveness,the concept of supply chain management came into being.Under the current situation,many construction enterprises urgently need to further promote the high-quality development of enterprises by solving the problems of risk assessment and control of construction enterprises’ supply chain.Based on this background,this paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,and makes a general comment on the achievements of existing foreign and domestic researchers,so as to determine the idea of this paper and the research content;secondly,it focuses on the introduction The theories related to this research,including supply chain,supply chain management,risk management and supply chain risk management,and then for the construction enterprise supply chain risk management,the construction enterprise supply chain risk management process is obtained,and finally the more widely used The risk evaluation method is comprehensively sorted out,and the research method used in this study is proposed;again,taking China Nuclear Industry Huaxing Construction Co.,Ltd.as an example,the company profile is described and the company’s supply process is analyzed,and the construction enterprise supply chain risk management is pointed out.The process of comprehensive risk identification and evaluation is carried out by the combination of literature analysis method and Delphi method;then,a perfect risk evaluation index system of construction enterprise supply chain is established.The weight of the influencing factors is calculated,and the risk of the company’s supply chain is evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Management,system business process integration and construction supervision and management and other factors put forward scientific risk control measures,hoping to help the risk management of construction enterprise supply chain. |
