The rapid development of the economy,the efforts of the electric power enterprises are indispensable,the electric power enterprises are the foundation of China’s national economic construction enterprises,is the key enterprises related to people’s livelihood,the sustainability of the development of electric power enterprises is particularly critical,the rapid development of the industry inevitably brings a series of ecological and environmental problems,with the country’s increasingly strong investment in environmental protection,as well as the increasingly prominent problem of imbalance between resources and development,electric power enterprises Realize that they want to build a sustainable supply chain development strategy for long-term and stable development.Electric power enterprises have made a lot of efforts on the road of sustainable development,such as improving the utilization rate of clean energy and power generation through resource optimization,reducing the emission rate of waste through technological innovation and increasing the treatment of waste,etc.However,there are still many risk problems in development.The research results are as follows.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of sustainable supply chains in electric power enterprises are defined.Based on a large amount of literature on sustainable supply chains and the development of electric power enterprises,we analyze the characteristics of electric power enterprises and electric power products,propose the concept of sustainable supply chains of electric power enterprises,and analyze its connotation and characteristics in detail.Secondly,we identify the elements of sustainable supply chain risk in electric power enterprises through hierarchical holographic modeling(HHM)method.Based on the study of enterprise sustainable supply chain risk management,the current problems in sustainable supply chain management of electric power enterprises are analyzed,and the characteristics of sustainable supply chain risks of electric power enterprises are proposed,and the applicable methods for sustainable supply chain risk identification of electric power enterprises are found through method comparison,and the safety production responsibility,supply chain management responsibility,market economic responsibility,social responsibility,and Through risk identification and screening,we identify the high-risk elements in five areas,such as safety production responsibility,supply chain management responsibility,market economic responsibility,social responsibility,and ecological and environmental responsibility.Thirdly,the objective of sustainable supply chain risk evaluation of electric power enterprises is accomplished through the construction of sustainable supply chain risk evaluation indexes for electric power enterprises.A supply chain risk evaluation index system including indicators of production safety risk,environmental safety risk,cooperation risk,power market risk and resource utilization was constructed,and the network analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were selected to complete the risk evaluation together.Finally,GDDL company is taken as an example to evaluate its sustainable supply chain risk level,combine the evaluation results with the market environment analysis,and propose the sustainable supply chain risk control suggestions for electric power enterprises from the enterprise’s own risk responsibility point,hoping to have some reference value for the sustainable supply chain risk management of other electric power enterprises in the future.The research of this article has some guiding significance for promoting the sustainable development of electric power enterprises in China. |
