Public Opinion Analysis And Countermeasure Research On Traffic Management And Control Under The Influence Of Major Public Events

Taking traffic control measures when a major public event occurs plays an important role in reducing the impact of the event,but at the same time,traffic control will affect people’s travel.People will publish a lot of topics discussing traffic control measures on online platforms.Therefore,different from the traditional research that analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traffic control measures,this paper proposes improvement suggestions for the development orientation of public opinion by studying the network public opinion of traffic control under major public events,and provides a new idea for traffic emergency management.Firstly,combined with the characteristic analysis results of traffic management and control network public opinion and the existing public opinion analysis methods,relying on the sentiment analysis method and topic model for traffic management and control,the traffic management and control of two public emergencies and two regular public events were obtained through the network platform.Internet public opinion text,and construct a collaborative analysis model of sentiment analysis and topic mining suitable for traffic management and control network public opinion.In the sentiment analysis module,the original online sentiment dictionary is expanded with negative and positive sentiment words according to the topic feature words of traffic control and the unique emoticons of Weibo.The results of sentiment analysis show that the public opinion sentiment value of traffic control under public emergencies is between 0.35 and 0.85,while the public opinion discussion of traffic management and control under regular public events fluctuates less,and the overall sentiment value is higher,ranging from 0.75 to 0.95.The applicability of the sentiment dictionary in the field of traffic control is verified by three evaluation indicators:precision rate,recall rate and F1 value.In the topic mining module,there are more and more complex factors for negative topics in traffic control texts under major public events,while the similarity of positive topics is higher.The negative topics in traffic public opinion texts under public emergencies focus on traffic control In terms of the impact on daily travel,traffic public opinion under conventional public events needs to pay attention to traffic control measures in areas with large passenger flow and traffic accidents that affect people’s travel safety.Secondly,combined with the high-frequency subject words of traffic control measures in the subject analysis results,the E-SQUIR model considering passenger traffic suspension,the M-SQUIR model for urban road closures,and the C-SQUIR model for residential population flow control are constructed.Taking the traffic control incidents under the epidemic prevention and control situation in Guangzhou and Nanjing as examples,the impact of different traffic control measures on the development trend of the epidemic is compared.The results show that the closure of roads in the city has the best effect on blocking the epidemic,and the sooner other control measures are implemented,the number of infected people will decrease significantly.Finally,the current situation and deficiencies of public opinion guidance and traffic control countermeasures are sorted out and analyzed.Based on the analysis results of this paper,corresponding improvement measures are proposed from the two aspects of public opinion analysis and traffic control.This research can provide new ideas for the analysis of public opinion on traffic control during major public events,and has reference significance for public opinion guidance and the formulation of traffic control measures.
