The Development And Research Of Vocational Skills Training Course Module Based On Mechanical Engineering CAD Of World Skills Competition

Vocational skills competition is an important measure to improve the quality of skilled personnel.The World Skills Competition is the highest level competition,representing the world advanced level of vocational skills development.At present,vocational colleges are actively transforming the achievements of the World Competition,carrying out major optimization construction and curriculum system reform,training high-quality skilled personnel,and adapting to the new requirements for skilled personnel training put forward by the transformation and upgrading of the world economy and industry.Therefore,this paper focuses on the development and research of the vocational skills training course module of secondary vocational schools around the Mechanical Engineering CAD and its world skills standards.In this study,the literature survey method and interview method were used to investigate the world vocational skills standards and norms in the Mechanical Engineering CAD,and the requirements for the professional knowledge,skills and quality of the competitors were analyzed.By using the questionnaire method,the paper investigates the mechanical design of secondary vocational school to understand the knowledge,ability and accomplishment of secondary vocational school students.Through field observation,I went to the training center of Mechanical Engineering CAD in China to understand the existing competition training mode and teaching form,so as to provide a realistic basis and basis for the development of vocational skills training course modules in secondary vocational schools..According to the investigation results,under the guidance of vocational education theories,this study determined the development ideas of secondary vocational skills training course modules based on Mechanical Engineering CAD of the World Skills Competition and carried out construction research:(1)On the basis of the comprehensive vocational ability requirements for students of the existing secondary vocational majors,the training objectives and training specifications were determined according to the world skills vocational standards;(2)Extract typical work tasks of CAD competition items and transform them into comprehensive vocational ability requirements,set up courses according to the law of cognitive development of students,and reasonably arrange the course structure of vocational skills training course modules in secondary vocational schools;(3)According to the vocational ability corresponding to typical work tasks,the combination of knowledge and professional quality,to clarify the comprehensive vocational ability requirements of vocational skills training courses;(4)To carry out the course content,course project design and course project teaching design in the vocational skills training course module of secondary vocational schools..This study developed and constructed the vocational skills training curriculum module based on the World Skills Competition,provided the specific process of transforming the World Skills standards into the training of skills talents,and also provided a reference for further transforming the results of the World Skills Competition into vocational education.
