| As one of the important ways to train talents in vocational education in China,vocational skills competition aims to strengthen students’ skills and technology,comprehensively cultivate the comprehensive ability and quality,and nurture more high-skilled and high-quality talents for the society.However,at present,not every secondary vocational school can truly align with the objective of vocational skills competition in terms of talent training.Some schools have problems such as elite selection.The “everyone-oriented” secondary vocational skills competition created in Zhejiang Province is a new type of competition based on the traditional vocational skills competition.It advocates universal education and aims to promote schools to thoroughly improve the comprehensive professional ability of all students.Therefore,this research takes the "Electrical Control Line Installation and Commissioning" event as an example.Based on the relevant analysis of the event,as well as the current situation of specialized(electrical technology application and related majors)that can participate in the competition,discover problems and analyze the reasons,and conduct research on how to effectively train talents under the background of "everyone-oriented" secondary vocational skills competition.Firstly,this research summarizes the relevant literatures on "everyone-oriented",vocational skills competition and talent training at home and abroad,in order to establish the theoretical basis of this research.Secondly,this research studies the development overview of the "everyone-oriented" secondary vocational skills competition andexplores its contribution and limitations to talent training.Bases on the review of talent training programs for electrical technology applications and related disciplines,it is shown that each student can be comprehensively evaluated through this competition.Therefore,this research analyzes the content,evaluation criteria,guiding ideology,and competition methods through case analysis,and summarizes the characteristics of the competition,and combined with the professional "quality standard" theory to construct a comprehensive professional ability structure framework.Thirdly,based on the framework,this research studies the current situation of comprehensive vocational ability training of the participating students in Zhejiang Province’s electrical technology applications and related majors through questionnaires and interviews,as well as the status quo of talent training objectives,curriculum,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation system,teacher team and training base of secondary vocational schools.Result shows that the general vocational ability cultivation is not closely related to the professional courses,the cultivation of the basic professional quality and professional quality are despised,the professional knowledge and professional skills are separated,and the overall level of comprehensive professional ability is low and the development is uneven.At the same time,analyze the causes of the problems from the six perspectives of the talent training environment.Finally,based on the problem and the reasons,the talent training strategy is proposed.Schools should optimize the talent training objective by establishing a talent training objective based on comprehensive professional ability.Schools should optimize the comprehensive curriculum by adding the curriculum of competition psychological quality training,highlighting the concept of public basic courses for professional courses,and constructing a curriculum teaching resource sharing platform.Teachers should implement a teaching method for everyone by using task-driven teaching methods in professional courses,and using hierarchical teaching methods in practical courses.Teachers should establish a diversified evaluation system by constructing a diversified assessment and evaluation subject and evaluation methods.Schools should strengthen the construction of the "double-type" teacher team by establishing a school-enterprise cooperation to optimize the teacher training mechanism and establishing a team of industry enterprise experts.Schools should improve the construction of modern training base by effectively shortening the gap between daily training equipment and competition standards,and constructing a training environment for the integration of teaching and learning. |
