| Through the retrieval of a large number of literature and the investigation of the course of "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Training" in many secondary vocational schools,it is found that there are some problems in the course teaching of "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Training".At present,secondary vocational students are not enthusiastic enough to learn in class,do not pay attention to the content of the course,form a lazy learning atmosphere,lack a certain sense of work responsibility,and are easy to cause accidents in the process of practical training and reduce the quality of learning.At the same time,in the existing teaching process of "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Training",lack of the integration of craftsman spirit,some students in the future work is difficult to form a glorious labor social atmosphere and excellence of professionalism,it is difficult to better achieve the basic task of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.This paper analyzes the current situation of "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Training" in secondary vocational schools through the literature research method,and studies the teaching situation of the "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Practical Training" course in a vocational school in Guizhou through the questionnaire survey method,analyzes the reasons for the problems,and uses the interview method to understand the relevant enterprises of the course.According to the problems existing in the current course and the opinions of relevant personnel,the course of "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Training" integrates open and autonomous teaching and work process-oriented teaching methods,and at the same time integrates "craftsman spirit" into teaching,formulates a series of teaching plans for "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Training",formulates teaching tasks for fitters and turners,and selects course teaching cases that meet the characteristics of mechanical and electrical basic skills training courses and meet the needs of enterprises.Through the performance of the experimental class and the control class,the questionnaire survey of students’ feelings after integrating the teaching method,and the comparison of the results of the two classes,the teaching results of the course compared with the traditional course after the integration of the teaching method were compared,and the advantages and shortcomings brought by the work process orientation in the course of "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Practical Training" under the open and autonomous teaching mode were analyzed,and summarized and reflected to provide ideas for the future construction and exploration of the "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Practical Training" course.In the open and autonomous teaching mode,students are the main participants in the classroom,and the role of teachers is "assistant",the communication between teachers and students is more flexible,and the interaction space between teachers and students is richer,which improves the enthusiasm of secondary vocational school students for the course of "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Practical Training".This teaching mode can enable students to better participate in the work,strengthen the theoretical knowledge of students’ learning,improve the application ability of knowledge and skills related to "Mechanical and Electrical Basic Skills Training",and also help cultivate students’ ability to learn and create independently,so as to improve the overall learning effect of students,and send a large number of high-quality technical personnel for enterprises,society and the country. |
